Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dispensary. Karlie was suuuuper helpful and answered a million of my questions and directed me to the exact right thing I needed. I will absolutely be back and tell my friends to come here because of Karlie. Also, the inside of the building is stunning with literal crystal chandeliers. It’s something you have to see to believe. Do yourself a favor and stop in here.

Maiden visit to an actual official dispensary in the state of Oregon while visiting from Hawaii. Karlie was AMAZINGLY knowledgeable and helpful and addressed all of my concerns and questions, professionally and tactfully. The selection was not overwhelming and the location was in a very safe environment. For my first time, I am throughly pleased to have had the courage to walk in. And I received a Veteran discount!!! This place always has very high quality flower, some of which you won't find anywhere else. Decent prices. Service has not always been the best, but at times it's been great. I'll definitely keep coming and recommend to others.

My Budtender Karlie was very considerate and patient with my search for a vape cartridge. I finally decided on the Echo Electuary Purple Champagne Indica cartridge and I’m happy I did so. I really like the service and nice calm pace the place runs at.

Bud tender was SO sweet and gave us lots of info. Loved coming here. Definitely will again.

I’ve been to numerous dispensaries and this one is top notch! From the products to the staff and atmosphere, this is my favorite and ONLY place I get my meds in Oregon. If you’re looking for top shelf flower and quality concentraties, you have to check Deep Roots Cannabis out.

Came in a week ago and was thrilled to see knowledgable friendly staff. They were super helpful, well educated in cannabis, and just nice people to converse with. The shop offers some great specials and the prices are very reasonable. Definately the best shop I've shopped in!

Out of every place in town I frequent here. i ride my bike almost 10 miles round trip just to go here. Prices to fit every budget and its all quality. Customer service is fantastic as well. They have earned their 5 star rating!

You know that funny feeling of seeing a place as small (up front but when you walk in its huge?) Wow, the place is big, it seems they could have islands of stuff in the middle to browse. They said they have live music which I would love to come back and check out!. They were very nice and helpful, all the flowers I smelled were lovely, but I settled on the OGKUSH - I can't remember the budtenders name.. was tall w/dreads..as he suggested (sorry i'm bad with names)! I do love a nice kushy Kush, ya dig? Beautiful vibe, beautiful people and nice prices.. when 20% tax is included in the price, that's nice!.. It's an obvious deceitful move when dispensaries lure people in with advertising Medical prices without mentioning medical (no tax)..makes me not want to return to them, but I will here! Thanks

I was charged full price for a bargain 8th of Honey Badger Haze. It was clearly in the discount bin and when I asked about the discount they told me no and that’s it was not available. When I asked why the jar was in that basket I was told they had no other place to put them. Also they almost didn’t give me my medical discount until I mentioned it, even after showing my med card 3 times and letting them make a copy of it. I would not go back.

This is my go-to place in the Eugene-Springfield area. Staff is very helpful and they have what I want. There are others closer to me, but I would rather drive a few miles to visit Deep Roots.

From the moment i walked in I was welcomed with positive attitudes and smiles. No wait time at all! I was surprised with how welcomed I felt and was treated like I was a regular and had been a customer for years. The staff was very educated and professional. Not once did I feel pressured to buy or try something I didn't want to. It was a great experience especially for their first day. By far the best dispensary in the Eugene/Springfield area, I would recommend stopping by and seeing it for yourself. Definitely setting the bar in professional courtesy!

Good store. Laid back friendly staff and I got listen to a live DJ a few weeks ago. Best shop out of the 4 around them.

Great staff-so helpful and cool. Excellent quality of product. Just wish there was more variety esp. of cbd. But I pass up a dozen other shops to get to Deep Roots which says it all, huh?

By far my favorite dispensary! The staff are knowledgable and friendly and take the time to get to know regular customers and offer recommendations on new things to try. Hands down best product around.

I was referred to Deep Roots by a friend and was a little apprehensive because I had never been in a dispensary before. The environment was very comfortable for a first timer and I felt welcomed by the staff. The dashing young man named Josh who helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the benefits of the CBD and the topical lotions that have already helped me with my arthritis. I will defiantly be back!

They have an incentive if you write a review, for 15% off your next purchase, but since I'm a veteran they already give me that. So I'm writing this because Ray, the budtender, was a rockstar! Would shop here again.
