Love this place! Such nice, helpful people. I am in my 60s and have learned so much about pain mangement/sleep aids etc... I also bought plants from them in 2017 - which were awesome - am buying more this year. This shop is not at all intimidating to come into (as someone who is not knowledgeable. The shop is spotless and well laid out. I am not a big purchaser, but won't go anywhere else!

The staff is amazing! I bought a concentrate refill and when I got home it wouldn't work. I went back and explained what was going on and they were to exchange the purchase I made. Most places I've been to are not as courteous. I appreciate the customer service. Thanks guys!

Great location, a quick and easy drive from Eugene and Springfield! I LOVED the elegant chandeliers and the spacious store! Location is easy to find, and costumer service was fantastic. Shop is as beautiful as the quality and flavor of there products. Can’t wait for me next visit.

I have been to several dispensaries in the area and this one I feel is the best one. Their products are well presented and their prices are reasonable. I also find their staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. They have CBD in many forms and that is very helpful as well.

I consider myself a cannabis connoisseur and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Deep Roots. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Once I got back to the bud "room" I was flabbergasted! Epic set up with super dope crystal chandeliers. The budtenders definitely knew their stuff, very informative and knowledgeable on the medical side. Pretty dank selection all across the board and very reasonable prices!

This place is great. The people are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I like the fact that the tax is included on the price list. I will be back here again.

In June I visited Deep Roots as an out-of-towner. The budtender was super knowledgeable about medical cannabis and spent considerable time answering questions about CBD products and Oregon's regs on lab testing. I'd definitely visit again on my next trip.

Huge Warehouse sized place with nothing but pros working. Everyone was super nice and helpful and very knowledgeable! This is definitely my new go-to place!

This is the best dispensary is Springfield hands down. Better than most in Eugene. thier selection is top notch. I'm mostly a dabber, and they get new oils every damn week, I can't even keep up with all thier new products. thier prices are average compared to other places, but thier staff is where they really shine. they are knowledgeable, and very willing to educate without patronizing or condescension. It's the only place I want to go.

just moved here from Vegas been to the store 3 times and have loved my visit each time. staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. The product is superb I highly recommend Deep Roots!

Very close to my house, great affordable selection

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Still not use to buying legally but the atmosphere and staff helped me relax and find what I was looking for. Had been looking for a dispensary that I liked and I found one. Will definitely be coming back. Keep it up you guys are awesome. :)

I had the pleasure of finding Deep Roots not too long after they opened up and was immediately taken away by how awesome and helpful their team was, and don't even get me started on the inside of the place!! They have allot of really awesome artwork and design goin on and I'm super exited to see where they are gonna go with things! Not only is their customer service and weed selection great, but their employees actually took the time to get to know me and what I do and I ended up getting the opportunity to DJ at one of their events and its was awesome! Great place and I recommend it to anyone!! :)

I love this dispensary! Very wheelchair friendly, knowledgable staff who are there to help, but know when to let a girl browse!! Prices are great, and their products are widely varied and high quality.

Deep roots has quality marijuana and fair prices to match. Whenever I stop by I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes. The shop itself is beautiful and very clean. The lobby has that fantastic chandelier. I feel great whenever I go in because staff recognizes me and I enjoy having that relationship with staff.
