Desert Bloom Releaf Center (Med/Rec)

I've never been treated so badly in a dispensary. I'm a polite person, I have tipped and never any caused trouble. The product is also quite undesirable. There's many dispensaries in town that won't act completely foul toward their paying customers with much better products. I came in last week and I am still disturbed. I'm never going here again. Badly run, do your employees know they are being payed? I never knew working at this dispensary could make people so angry and rude.

I received my purchase only to have to return items because it wasn't what I ordered. This has happened multiple times after I've been assured by your associates that I will be contacted if my order cannot be completed. Please stop wasting my time and gas . Poor customer service .

I love the staff here....but one person who i called and talked to a manger about. they talked to the staff member who was yelling at me in the parking lot on how i parked...which no one came in and someone parked to close to the line...well the manger did talk to him....but the next day i came he did a whole 180 to come and again and call me by my Name and tell me it wasnt necessary for me to call and complain again at my vehicle...unfortunately i cant go back because of this.....its just a uncomfortable feeling...

Today I bought the last batch of THCA diamonds and a cured resin cartridge and all I have to say in short, is that there is absolutely unrivalled quality at this dispensary. I am naked out of my mind(6 years a smoker). I asked for lab results and they provided. I asked for a niche product and their budtender knew immediately and went *above and beyond* with her team lead to help me. 12/10.

Placed an online order first thing in the morning. Said my order was ready. Drive 20 minutes to find out the entire order wasn’t available. Not coming back

Cancelled my order after waiting 6 hours. Don't waste your time there's better dispensaries with better customer service.

I’ve been inside shopping and today I did a pick up , so it’s convenient and the variety is good also. Great prices as well.

At the walk up window I have been overcharged twice and then offered a free preroll as compensation. The obvious overachiever at the window fly's by the rule that the customer is never right and is pretty rude about it. I cant make this up , when I called to complain , I was told the manager is too busy to come to the phone, but I waited and waited. As I told the person on the phone after being a customer from the start...I'm just gonna walk right down the street to another company who may have just a little more respect for there customers.
