I have been a patient here for years, and I have always been impressed. However, the last two times, has been something of a chore. I won't make the mistake of trying a third time. However, I have placed a delivery order, both times early afternoon, and both times I've never received it. The first time I put in my order at 1:00 pm and finally called them back, for the third time, at 9:30 pm. I was informed their delivery driver could run it out to me first thing in the morning. When I advised it would be a long drive for them to meet me on the road near Buckeye because I was traveling the next day, they advised me that I could pick it up on my way out, but couldn't provide anyone to be at the store at 4:00 am, when I left. I finally decided to race down there at 9:30 pm to get my medication. Then the second time was just yesterday. I put in an order for delivery at 1:50 pm. This time, I refused to call or check up on it, as I didn't feel the need to try and help them do their job. Now it is 11:04 am, the next day, and I'm still waiting on my delivery. My wife got upset and called to check status, to which they said they never got it. I give up. Twice in a row, with terrible service, terrible customer relations and I still don't have my medications. I will be shopping elsewhere from this moment forward, and it's a steep hill they'd have to climb to get me back. Not even a call either time. If I wanted to buy street meds, I'd call the weed man, I thought you were running a business. Good bye, and good luck.

Don’t waste your time going to this dispensary there are too many dispensaries in Tucson, Arizona to waste your time, your money, and your energy to deal with these type of crooks no customer service no concern for retaining customers regardless if you spend a lot or our little the point is you retain that customer and they bring other people because they talk about your dispensary but not for me I’ll only talk shit about this dispensary and I’ll never recommend anybody to go in there. Do not spend your money with them at all.

What’s going on with the size of the air bubble in the cartridges? They’re getting awfully big. I mean, you’ve always been stealing that little bit from us, it’s just getting bigger now. 👀

Sometimes the light's all shining on me. Other times, I can barely see. Lately, it occurs to me what a long, strange trip their lobby has been.

Against my better judgement I decided to purchase Desert Bloom Releaf Center's shady house brand THC Vape Cartridges and it's clear the cartridge has been used and tamptered with. At first noticed all the oil in the cartridge was pulled to the top away from the vents and then when giving it a test pull I'm shocked to be greeted with a mystery fluid waiting in the mouth piece of the cartridge. After thinking "ew wtf?" and choking back my disgust I noticed the cartridge's strange color, horrible smell, and taste. When calling and asking about their return policy the lady on the phone told me that there was no return policy, as well as no quality assurance. the security guard stinks. i could smell his body odor from 10 feet away. the weed is barely above bammer status and they short you 0.5 grams on a 3.5 and 1 gram on a quarter zip

I hesitated to write this review because I truly love Desert Bloom and its staff. Their in-person service is something to be applauded. Product quality and information have always been on point. Unfortunately, their delivery service is consistently terrible. For the last 2 orders, I have had to wait more than 5 hours to receive them. I have had at least 3 orders with the wrong or missing items. The response to this terrible delivery service is often "Delivery is first come first serve and we go (x) far to deliver." We aren't talking about pizza or a Door Dash Delivery. It's the equivalent of asking a nurse for your morning meds and not getting them till bedtime. They claim to be "For by patients by patients", but this patient has lost her patience. Perhaps reduce your delivery area. Add more drivers. Cut off orders at a reasonable hour so that patients do not have to wait hours for meds. Weed gods help us when they start delivering rec too.

Upon receiving a defective cart I was sure to have no luck in exchanging it for a working one as policy is typically final for MMJ purchases. Montelle, security saw I was distressed about it not working and went the extra mile for me to get a manager to hear me out. I got it exchanged for a working cartridge and am definitely a happy camper. I have noticed security here as well as the environment consists more of a welcoming, big caring and loving feel than "you're just a number," which I frequently feel at other dispensaries. Service is also so quick here. Literally in and out.

Horrible service, boof weed

A very wide selection of flower that you're able to look at and smell before making a decision. great prices and friendly environment. My Budtender "Cool Greg" was super helpful!

Got the Tahoe OG flower and I'll say it was definitely the best smelling frosty huge buds and perfect freshness! I haven't seen this quality of flower in years. The service is good here except the whole mask B.S.

I hate that I have to write this review. I was a loyal customer (3x a week) for many months. However, the past 4 out of 5 times I was shorted on flower. While they do offer grams, mine are never full grams. Usually .75ish. I would like to give a shout out to the doorman/security guards though! They are on top of everything, they create a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and control crowds quickly. Just good people. I’ve never written a bad review in my life , but those who are of lower socioeconomic income should know that this place has taken advantage of folks like me at

I have gone to this dispensary alot despite the negative reviews. Only to be treated like crap everytime. I live out of town soi called in my order. I would get there get my order and be missing items container but nothing in it. They made it right but made me feel like I lied. Then I go to them today. Good attitude everything went well, until I realized I didn't get my license back. I called and they said they gave it back. but I put it back in my phone case always the tone through the phone from the employees was awful. I continued to search no luck so I call again and ask if maybe it fell if they mind looking. the man who answered was really nice but when he said my name again they again started to yell that I called already and it was not there. I deal with customers on a daily basis also and if I was to act like they do I wouldn't have a job. You guys just lost a customer im so done with it.

Every time I go to desert bloom, there is an issue. Whether they are out of their sugar wax (which for SOME reason they only sell wax in 2 gram portions to make their pockets fatter. And slowly they keep rising the price of their wax more and more over that past year.), short in bud tenders (which they always are, never having more than 3 people to help every 20 people), or they don’t even have a simple call in order because it disappeared. The workers are nice but management could care less to try to improve and evolve as a licensed marijuana seller. If you want to be successful and make MORE money (since that’s your priority), then you have to INVEST IN YOUR BUSINESS TO MAKE IT BETTER. Told myself so many times not to go back but hopefully this is the last.

the bud is dry and over priced

Everything, not a single good thing. Nothing gets better here. They treat their employees like shit, their employees treat us like shit(patients/customers). They don't care about quality. They're too stoned to help us or themselves. Just pathetic and sad. I would be happy to hear that this dispensary closed up. Then maybe all the people working there could get the help they need and funding would stop going to such a corrupt business. Long story short, there are other dispensaries. I wouldn't advise using this one.
