cmon man....nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. they shorted me 0.5 grams on a 1/8 multiple times. the security guard smells like a bum. and they dont give people renewing cards the 1st time patient special

Do you have a new grower or process because it seems like your flower has stepped up a notch. Stopped by to get a few specific flower strains and they were sold out but the dbloom website and leafly said otherwise. Some strains you have are impossible to find any info about online and your website only says stuff like "Hybrid Flower". When I asked about one of these unknown strains the budtender said he didn't know and that is fine but typically other budtenders at that point went and got that info for me. I'm an introvert and try to minimize going out and talking to people so just simple things like more training for hipster beard guy, keeping your websites up to date and putting just a little bit more info about strains (testing info huge +) would be nice - thank you

You can tell majority of everyone working feels rushed , they don’t answer the phone most the time like it’s a burden ; just a “shit don’t stink” vibe in the building Don’t know if they get breaks or time to unload the customer stress load but you can just feel the tension as a customer and it’s not fly And if you want delivery service , bruh cancel your whole day they don’t try and reach out w an ETA, kinda just on some classic drug dealer “wya, ima be there in 10” 2-4 hours later, dead ass. They Got that attitude like they holding real cookies brand products but just some regular AZ weed nothing to act like a bunch of stiffs about, I’m at least owed the respect I show to the employees , that goes for time as well

I just received my MMJ card yesterday and decided to check this place out. The line outside wasn’t too long and I waited maybe 10 minutes, if that. Once I got inside, I gave them my ID and showed them my new card. I sat down on a cool and cozy couch and filled out one piece of paperwork and turned it in. I was called back 5 minutes after that. Chauncey was my bud tender and he was super friendly and helpful. The BOGO deal was an excellent deal and I also got the deal on the 1/8. Got cash from the ATM and was next in line to pay. The place was super busy and everyone was awesome! I chose three different strains and I’m very pleased with all of them. Purple Chem Dawg is the bomb! I will definitely be back! Loved the atmosphere too! Highly recommend!

I'm not sure what has happened I have asked multiple people who work there from mangers to employees and I'm told a different answer every single time its crazy anyways I have been buying concentrates from this place for a long time spending 350 every 4 days or so but in the last few months this despensary has gone down hill big time I used to buy hash and kief and when they ran out of that and was unable to keep it stocked I switched over to vape catarages I have been trying to buy catarages from here for a few months and every time I go they have less and less vape products every time I go and when you ask what's going on you are told a million different answers buy everyone who works there they don't even care live resin cured resign or the sauce pen they don't even have any refined resin carts and now someone who works there told me they would have some catarages in a couple of hours and then a guy answered the phone a few hours later telling me they won't even be carrying the catarages anymore so do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at this despensary go somewhere else that actually has concentrates because desert bloom is out of many different products and has been out for a couple months now and like I said you get a different answer everytime you ask someone why and when there are many other dispensarys in Tucson with much better deals on flower the one big thing desert bloom had going for it was its good deals on concentrates so its obviously a no brainer to go somewhere else and not look back it's a shame I liked coming to desert bloom I don't know what happened but it sure became a let down fast

I paid $17 for a single preroll that had a pinch of kief in it. After two small puffs, the contents of said preroll fell completely out of the rolling paper, and landed in a dirty ashtray. It had been powderized to the point of being dust by whomever made it. I've had enough of this half-assed nonsense.

This place is trash. Shittiest service in Tucson.

Listen, products are good and such. In store the customer service is great. However, they don’t keep their word to customers. I called back after my visit because I walked out with my bag of products with the opening Of the bag rolled down. I didn’t feel the need to inspect it. Upon arriving home I opened the bag and found that I was missing one item. I called the store, John answered, and I explained my concern. At first he didn’t listen to me and had me mixed up with another customer. Once he listened and I explained which customer I was then he was ready to help. He told me his manager would review the footage from the security camera and they would return my call within five minutes. That was over two hours ago, and I have not heard back from them. It complicates matters that I live about an hour away from the store. Totally my bad for not checking the bag. Totally their bad for arguing my identity over the phone and promising a return call that they never delivered.

Attitude, unfriendly, short on 1/8s, stems and leaves. Not once but many times.

Went there for an advertised special of 5g of sauce for $95. Only had one strain in grams and then they had another in half grams. Two strains to choose from. On top of that they tried giving me live resin for a substitute and said they ran out of the sauces. What the? The sale started one day ago. Don’t waste your time. This dispensary blows. EDIT: THIS IS THE ONLY DISPENSARY THAT CHARGES YOU 2.5 GRAMS PER GRAM OF WAX THAT THEY PURCHASE. I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY. FIRST TIME IN 5 YEARS HAVE I EVER HAD THIS HAPPEN. BUYER BEWARE. OTHER DISPENSARIES CHARGE YOU ACTUAL WEIGHT. I LOOKED AT ALL MY PURCHASES AS THEY FINESSED ME 12.5 on a 5 gram purchase. Insane.

The bud tenders aren’t intelligent. They just showed me the highest thc percentage(which looked like garbage) and a bunch of shake for everything i asked about.

I've been going there for years and love going. I placed orders for delivery (medical) and that can take over 5 hours sometimes but I have ordered from the link on their website and was online and out the door in under 30 mins. I like the people there and will continue to be a loyal customer.

This is my spot for concentrates. They usually have a variety of concentrates from Crumbles to Live Resins and everything in between, which changes week to week. I prefer the Badder, but this time I had to compromise with the shatter. It's ok though because she still slaps. I'm a sucker for anything Girl Scout Cookies. Their strains change so you're never stuck smoking on the same sh!t. Don't take my word for it, check em out for yourself.

This place has always been a mess and nothing's changed. Taking advantage of patients for years now. Worse staff ever. They definitely don't want to be there. Dirty and old products. I've bought some of the worse old wax I've ever had from here. I've been shorted change. Hung up on. Don't waste your money or time people. Don't get taken advantage of.

Best meds in town well worth it

They’re such a nice people. When a deaf person comes in they always find a way to communicate with them. It’s pretty neat. their stuff is hella good! fyi it’s pretty clean and it smells good

Used to be my go-to place - actually the ONLY place I used to frequent. Stopped in today for the first time in a year and I feel like I just drove out there to throw money away. Their shatter is a joke. A JOKE people!! Bought 4 grams for $100, I'll be able to salvage maybe a gram when all is said and done. The most expensive gram of shitty quality oil I'll ever buy. Essentially just paid $100 for some scraps of sticky wax paper. I know that dispensaries obviously can't do returns or refunds but when I called to let them know how disappointed I was with the product, all they did was "make a note of it." I spent like $200 in there today and feel like a total effing fool for even trying them again. As a patient, I feel ripped off and undervalued. As someone who works in customer relations, I'm appalled by this dispensary and its policies now compared to what it once was. As someone who does need a card but maybe not to the degree others do, I fear for those patients whose well-being relies on the integrity of Desert Bloom Re-Leaf. NOT AT ALL for patients by patients - what a joke. East-siders.... if you still prefer dispensary over delivery, Green Med on Tanque Verde is all-around fantastic! You'll pay less, feel respected, and get your money's worth.

Bud tender did not get me exactly what was ordered. Gave me more expensive version of flower and there was a ton of shake. Advise against shopping here.

I was referred the grease monkey for my ailment- I paid 13$ a gram and it made me cough, out of a freshly cleaned(with 4/20 solution) piece. I have had the GSC from here and I will say it was on par as far as taste and affect. The nugs weren’t what I would expect for the highest shelf.

Omg it is so hard to get a hold of them to place an order you have to call a bunch of times to possibly get an answer they never have what I need now! Week 3 I stopped trying last week and today I remembered why... so disappointed in them! Some of the employees are very cool but again... so disappointed makes me not wanna go there no more
