DiamondTREE - Eastside Bend

Located on the East side of Bend on HWY 20 is perfect for people traveling that way to stop and get supplies before leaving town. I know as of Oct 1 everywhere is busy, but this location CAN get a little hectic. Their staff does an amazing job of trying to tackle the task of getting the masses quality medicine. They have always been extremely helpful when helping discern which strains would be best helpful for ME. They are very personable and I always leave with a smile. The variety varies week to week, but the quality tier is usually about the same. I love that nothing here is pre-weighed, so I know its not from last years crop. Overall Ive had the best experience BY FAR coming here, and wont ever hesitate to stop in again, even if I do have to wait for a minute or two longer!

this is my typical weekday stop. on a Sunday, i saw only one cat in the parking lot, so i thought I'd stop in. With two people in the lobby ahead of me, the wait should have been short. But the next 5 people who walked in the door were ushered in right away. i left after a 35 minute wait. There is no way they were all medical patients. when i walked out, the guy at the counter laughed and told the other person in the lobby "Oops." I haven't decided if I'll go back. it's a shame because the weekday employees are friendly and courteous.

first time there went to get some edibles and waited for almost a hour for my name to get called over the distorted bullhorn after I reminded the counter gal who was helpful in her duties ...the thing that got me the most is how I over heard the chatter of how someone else sneaked in under my name and I'm a proud ommp holder ! the flower I saw was horrible one strain had eye catching bud rot ...some black nectar had literally no tricombs ....no lie from one who knows and grows this all and all sucked :( bypas s if possible!! and that sucks to say but that was my experience

First review Nice but oblivious staff. Came in along time ago. No I'd check but got a free prerolled. I'd Be mad if my teen was not carded. Hope they upped their game. Long wait times.

Hey Guys. Haven't been here in a while, but I was a little disappointed when I did come by today that your Herb Selection was lacking more than usual. A few strains I wanted were gone or all that was left was shake. I was surprised to see only a small handful of herb options. Not the usual Diamond Tree I was use to. Get that Herb back Diamond Tree! Thanks!

First time visiting the other day. I was very impressed by the atmosphere here! We had to wait a little while to go in, but there was plenty to look at in the lobby so I didn't mind the wait. Plenty of choice at this location and a friendly staff.

Super friendly and helpful. Great pricing and always have a wide selection. Always have your best interest in mind.

Really cheap prices and really wide selection of bud, but something was off about the vibe. Huge lobby/glassware area, but the actual dispensary room was pretty small and cramped. Budtender seemed bored and bud display area was dusty and dirty. Would return if I'm in need of cheap flower, but wouldn't be my first choice in Bend.

Love diamond tree! Truly amazing service and all the people there really take their jobs seriously when helping others! The selection was great and I would definitely recommend this one to everyone in the area! I drove 4 hrs and expected to come home with everything I needed and I definitely did!

I am a long time Eastside DiamondTree customer, but I heard they had opened a new location on the Westside so I thought I would check it out. Great location on Galveston next to Brother John's, and I was happy to find they have parking in the back. NO WAIT! Since rec opened there seems to be long lines and a wait everywhere, but they got me checked in and I was in the bud room in a few minutes. Comfortable shop, super fresh, quality buds and a really friendly, helpful staff. Add to that the great location and this visit made my day. I will definitely be back.

Thank you diamond tree for your compassion. The last few days have been hectic and hard for medical patients to get their meds. Other dispensary's have cut out the fact they they have patients that need their medicine. patients are priority at diamond tree. employees are knowledgeable and accurate.

This is actually my second visit (forgot to write first review) and this place is solid! Both times the service was astounding. I'll definitely be back.

Wonderful experience! Tiffany at the front counter was extremely helpful with information about the community. Variety and quality were top notch and the prices right where one expects to find quality.

Location was pretty cool with the waterfall, but that was where my good impressions ended. Budtender was very limited in knowledge, didn't ask me about my medical conditions, didn't know anything about the growing methods or strain details. Jars were unkept, quality was hit and miss, service was lacking. Nice place, but overall I've had better experiences in Bend. It didn't seem like they produced their own medicine, that it was all produced by vendors. I like to speak to the farmers.

Great location, not great service. Depending on who's working its fine but some workers are seriously dumb. One worker told me they don't sell BHO concentrates( which is all they have for concentrates really..). Probably won't go back unless they hire actual knowledgeable bud tenders.

I love this place, although it has hard floors, there are chairs and coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as some schweet glass. Pretty good bud, not tops, but pretty good for the price. Edibles, salves, hot chocolate, it's all good. Like other places, everyone is nice. Bend stoners. Helpful medically, but not incredible knowledgeable. I've been back and back again, one of my favorites.

I feel really bad because I normally never leave bad reviews but the front desk chick had really terrible customer service skills. She was pretty rude to both my partner and I and it gave off a pretty unwelcoming vibe esp for a first time visit! Other than that everyone in back was super sweet and friendly and the bud was good too.
