My car got stolen so I looked into delivery services and tried Diem. They charged me for items I did not receive and put something else in that I did not order and was nothing like what I ordered (cartridge ordered, gummies delivered). I am not made of money and just think it is careless to not follow up. Won't be trying again,

They said my order was complete and it had nothing I asked for and they didn’t contact me about anything in the order being wrong.

The people are friendly and I like that they know what the sell. I tell them what I want and their recommendations are pretty close to dead-on.
I dont care for changing the daily special. but thats just whatever. I go back because they dump employees with bad attitudes. We expect good service every time.

Diem is a great place to walk into your always greeted with a smile and “hey how’s your day going” unlike other locations this location has a super clean friendly and welcoming investment with exceptional customer service and selection along with the bonus of a part time shop dog (a major plus for me) I have some medical issues that thc/CBD are highly effective at treating and I for one am glad Their here

Diem has a good location but limited parking. Budtenders are attentive and knowledgeable. Prices are lower than much of the competition. 15 percent discount for veterans. Vast selection of products.

ordered some flower on Leafly app. waited an hour so finally went in the store to find out what was going on, 2 employees were standing in the doorway talking about the females car, 1 was in the back and the other was helping the only customer. I asked about my order and they said they didn't have enough for what I ordered and that's why it wasn't ready... with 3 employees doing nothing, nobody could contact me and let me know. i did end up getting what was left of the strain I wanted discounted but it would have been nice to been notified.

So what's up with the deals being posted and left up past the dates they supposedly expired and or are supposed to be used on..? I almost felt like the lady at the counter was making a story up on a whim to explain why I couldn't get more off..and quite frankly she seemed really out of it and forgetful, I would even say high..and now if that's the case then that's a big no no boo. Very unprofessional not to mention illegal as well as those punch cards yall had everybody hyped about. So irritating. Anyways, yall fo have the best prices in town on some of the stuff I specifically buy so I may or may not be back for that on days I call ahead and DOUBLE CHECK the deals for that specific day.

We're very sorry for any confusion regarding our daily specials, it was likely just an entry error on our end for the expiration dates. As far that interaction with our budtender goes, I can assure you that they were not high. We have a zero tolerance policy for our employees to be high on the job, and every single one is on board with that. If they seemed to be making things up it was likely a result of the deals changing recently. We are constantly trying new things in order to offer our customers the best deals that we can, but sometimes it takes a couple weeks to nail down the details.
