The employees were very helpful when I had questions that I wanted answers to. Granted, they didn't know the answer, but they also didn't try to lie and blow smoke up my tailpipe. They just looked at me like I was insane and then kindly said that they have no clue. But all in all, good prices, good employees, and great goods.

Dispensary response:

Thank you for the feedback Isaac! We try our best to offer the highest quality products at the most reasonable prices in town. We owe that to our community. Also, the only smoke we're blowing is that diem farms weed smoke :D

small parking , downtown sucks, not very good prices for overly dry leafy bud

Dispensary response:

Thanks for the review Orechipmunk:) I wish we could expand our parking lot as well...But If you are coming in for just a quick gram of flower you can always park directly on the street in front of our shop:) It seems a lot of people are unaware of that so now you have the inside scoop:) Please feel free to come visit us again and we will get you some really nice flower directly from our Farm. The outdoor market got hit really hard this year and most of the cheaper outdoor supply is gone till this upcoming harvest in October. But in the mean time we have tons of great indoor flower from Diem Farms that is nice and fresh for great prices:)

Very pleasant ambience, very nice & friendly staff, and the cannabis is weighed out freshly in front of you. A large parking lot close by, with a couple of spaces out front for the more disabled among us, a prime consideration for myself.

Dispensary response:

Thank you so much for the kind words! We are thankful for your business and will continue to provide you with the pleasant customer service that you deserve. Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything else we can do for you!

ordered ground bud online that was supposed to be 32% but ended up being 26. it was ground so fine it had no flavor and was like ground parsley!! not good

Dispensary response:

Hey Sanyakite. First let me apologize for any inconvenience that you felt by this purchase. Our Flower displays the total cannabinoid percentage versus just displaying the THC percentage. We feel that this is a more accurate representation of how the flower is going to effect you. That being said we apologize for any inconvenience and we would love to have the chance to reprimand this situation. We hope to see you soon:)

Centrally locates easy access! My favorite shop in Salem because of the large amount of top shelf product that is actually affordable!

Dispensary response:

We love top shelf weed, and we love you! Growing top shelf weed is an art form, and we like to share our art with everyone in the community. Cannabis is for everyone! We're glad to hear that our location is centrally located for you, and that you can appreciate our prices! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Interesting how right after I call to check on my order and am told they don't use leafly and just sold out of my order (recieved a confirmation message and everything) they remove the product I ordered from their menu on leafly...

Dispensary response:

Hey Budman1991. I am so sorry about the mix up that we had with your order! Our Leafly menu integration will sometimes glitch and refuse to update the menu throughout the day. That being said i am terribly sorry about the mix up! We will be sure to be on top of trying to get our Leafly menu updated and get the bugs worked out! Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

Another amazing Salem dispensary. Diem is a beautifully modern designed dispensary that is very appealing. Not only does their store look wonderful, all of their products are top of the line as well! The showcases have buds, concentrates and more for your viewing pleasure. Staff is very knowledgeable on cannabis and what is suitable for you. I definitely recommend Diem to family and friends and you!

Dispensary response:

Thank you so much for such a kind review! We make sure that the only products that go on our shelves are personally approved and enjoyed by our staff. We don't want you spending your hard earned cash on anything less than amazing. Your recommendation is very much appreciated!
