Since I first started coming here the employees have been nothing but helpful and friendly. They've given great service every time and the atmosphere is very clean and tidy. Can't wait for what might be to come soon! :)

This is by far the most improved store in the area in the last several months. Really good job done by whoever's ordering intake now. Nice Tenders, willing to discuss, big + with all the new Avitas products. Manager even took my strain requests down. Very well done, good honest work. Only suggest one Rec pricing with Tax already added in. Instead of displaying only Med. prices. Or advertising 2 prices, that is a minor thing though.

I've been shopping at Diem since November, and it is hands down the best dispensary I've ever been to. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I appreciate the free delivery on orders, and the daily deals. I have no idea how they afford to keep prices so low! Every strain we get is fresh and cured well. Prerolls are excellent (and usually really cheap, we got a sour diesel preroll for $2.75!). Their best deal is on Mondays, where you can get an ounce for $50. Those are 4/20 deals, and you get them weekly with Diem.

I love Diem! They have great products and the staff is amazing! Especially the dreadheaded girl Cheye, she is the best budtender, she always recommends the dankest weed!

These guys are completely badass! I pop in multiple times a week and they always have the deals on their live resin with such a variety.

Great selection of all cannabis products. Knowledgeable staff and a very orderly and tidy shop. The only place in Salem that I shop for all of my Cannabis needs. And they DELIVER!

Service was good but products were not. I got a vape pen and it tipped over for 10-15 minutes half of it was gone.... I only took a few puffs off it the other night and it tipped over again... woke up it all gone. I didnt get to enjoy it and wasted my money.

NOT a fan of the parking lol But other then that. My bud tender was super nice. Told him about my mom passing away and how I was just trying to deal. So he helped me decide on some awesome flower. Annnnd lol- I purchased a orchid cartridge for my pen (tried Dutch treat), very good👍🏽.

Excellent experience all around. Website was easy to use and had great deals. They called to let me know when to expect the order and the delivery driver, Ali, was very nice. This was my first time ordering cannabis delivery and I look forward to ordering through them again.

Menu online is not updated often. The computers are not working a lot especially in the last few minutes of delivering time. They give a 2 hour window for delivery but they don't come for about 90 minutes most times. I like the place the idea and think the intent is good but I'm not some kid ordering from a friend act professional, get a working computer and be punctual and update your menu if you want money

Shi (hope I spelled it correctly), was truly amazing. She knew her products. Answered all my questions and gave such good service. Definitely going to come back - a lot.

My son, boyfriend and I came rushing in Wed. the 10th about 5 to closing (We were unaware of the rd const. on the bridge 'so bad & superslow') hoping to get what we wanted, and Chris is so nice, the atmosphere is relaxed and he invited us to look around. he's knowledgeable and totally chill so we were engaged in different topics that had to do with what we were seeking. Overall - A clean open environment - the product is displayed nicely and he showed us every bud of the 1/2 ounce we bought and weighed it in front of us - I love dispensaries who do this and they're getting harder to find... Great product - great prices - Open, honest, knowledgeable and kind staff. Check them out.

I am in love with this dispensary. We discovered them because it was after 9 pm and I needed some good flower and wax. I found Diem on Leafly and they are open till 10, plus pretty close to our house. So we ran in about 9:30 and the atmosphere, the display layout, the warm greeting from the gentleman from the counter that was sincere and relaxed, and the quality product (with some great deals 😎👍)....Diem became our neighborhood go-to dispensary They grow amazing flower. They have a philosophy I agree with. They always have high quality flower and product at all price pts. every diem day, so I know I have my pick of amazing flower/product and if I'm broke AF, I can still get some awesome flower and we always have a positive experience.
