SOHI Dispensary Denver

Guy at the front door has headphones in and wasn't paying attention to the questions I asked. I simply asked if they hold the ID or give it back. He responded with an answer that was irrelevant to said question. Once *I greeted the budtender*, I felt tension immediate. She was uninterested in my business and pawned me off to the manager as soon as i asked about the deal on leafly. She didnt even have my confirmed online order prepared. I watched her weigh it out infront of me even though I was the only customer in the rec side. The deals are misleading. Says on leafly "buy one get one free" for certain flower strains. Upon arrival I was informed the deal is buy one get one free-SINGLE GRAMS ONLY.. Last, the product is sub par. No where in the description does it say I would receive shake and stems. Save your time and your money. there are plenty of dispos that don't have to use snake oil salesman tactics to get you in the store. First and last visit for me. I felt like I was a burden to the employees. The manager tried to sell me 1/4oz of the particular strain for double the listed price. He offered a 2 dollar discount if I bought a half oz.. I only bought the quarter because I wasted the time in the first place. Spent a small fraction of what I planned on because no one tried to offer suggestions or upsell. They just wanted me gone. Shouldn't be that way. I still tipped 5, but the experience left with a bad taste in my mouth. Seemed like they all had a superiority complex to them. Never been to a dispensery where employees acted this way or left me alone in the dispensery with all the products.

While the budtender was friendly enough, he talked me into much more expensive strains than I planned on buying. I was clearly shopping on price and I thought his recommendations were in that same price point. Spent way more than I had planned to. The product was fine but this wasn't one of my favorites during my stay in denver. I wouldn't return.
