EarthMed - Addison (Medical)

Switched over to this dispensary about a month ago. I’m so happy I did, not only is it closer to me in relation to the other places I was at but also their staff is knowledgeable. It was important to me to have a staff that is knowledgeable that I trust. Also it makes all the difference that they allow you to bring your dog inside while you shop. The security is also awesome they make sure your doing good and really take the time to catch up with you. Their hours are top notch as well which really helps me out with my schedule as of trying to juggle my job and doctors visits. I give this an A+

Excellent dispensary ! Good selection, nice people and not a corporate shop.

Unclear how any of there system works. What are the points we get what are they worth. Hoping the system all together gets better now that recreational is around. It has been more irritating and hard to make it work around the crowds.

I like this dispensary , but every since it became recreational they been out of lot of items for the medical patients. It's Just my opinion.

Man this place is the shit! Everyone is there to help you find a solution to kick your pain or issues. I love this Dispensary, I've tried 3 others..an well the atmosphere, budtenters, selection of products CANT be topped at EarthMed!! Highly recommended!!

I had an issue with a disposable vape and they happily gave me a replacement.... I'll keep my services there......

My favorite store, before this year they had a very big inventory of flower and everything else. Nice seevice too.

I order online, takes me a total of 10 minutes tops from walking in to walking out. Staff is very helpful and very friendly, lots of people are upset because of the rec. Shortages but it’s to be expected. Overall 10/10 highly recommend

I order on line and it is always quick pick up Sometimes I have to make sure I get what I ordered but they always fix it. No complaints here. Very happy.

I like the staff they're friendly and helpful very informative. It's kind of hard to judge facility due to the coronavirus staff seems to be keeping people saved the best I can cleaning and spacing.

The guys outside are just amazing! Always, always so welcoming to me - ever since I have been going as a Medical customer. Everyone inside is very nice, someone always asking if we have any questions.

The ONLY thing that I dislike is the shortage, which is no fault of the dispensary! Other than that, NO complaints at all! 😁

I placed my order online through leafly, and there was a bit of confusion, but the staff quickly fixed the error. Many thanks for the customer service!

I really enjoy Earthmed as they have the best and friendliest staff. My advice to others is please be patient as it’s not the workers fault when lines are long. My only suggestion would be to maybe use 2 windows for Leafly pickup and 2 windows for walk in customers.
