the loyalty program is a bust. You must only go to them for your medicine or risk losing all your points. I’m definitely not coming here as often.

Some of the workers their think they are better than you and talks down to customers. I'm moving dispensaries only because of some of their workers. I'd recommend the same for anyone that asks me how EarhMed is. Just don't go unless your ready to be treated badly.

The pickup line moves so slow because they let anybody add stuff at the window. Flower products are expensive and usually very dry. Website ordering is often inaccurate. Also have come home with 1/8ths of flower which weigh out to 3.2. My hope is that selection, quality, convenience, and price will one day catch up with states like Oregon and California. But, in the meantime, I generally dread coming here, but it’s the closest (13 miles) option.

I love earthmed and have for almost 4 years. But today was crazy!! Ordering on leafly is supposed to be quick and easy! What a joke. I stood in the leafly pick up line for 55mins at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. And it's not even the staff's fault!!!! Too many patients now and DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH PRODUCT TO GO AROUND!!!!!! Something really needs to change! Medical patients are being neglected in preparation for recreational use!!!! TOTALLY NOT RIGHT!!! But again the problems at Earthmed are not because of the STAFF!!!
