Great service from everyone and the lady with the pink hair!

I got almost instant text confirmation that my medical order was ready for pick-up, and employees were cheerful even at the end of their long work days. This made my visit simple, efficient and pleasant. The security guards make me feel safe. There is a sense that the staff enjoy their work even during this rush of new recreational cannabis customers. The medical side with dedicated entrance and order windows is not crowded, even when the lines are long on the recreational side.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Always a smile (even through the masks) They're willing to help learn about various options. 5 stars!

On my first visit and being a relative novice, this was a great experience. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was approached and asked if I had any questions or needed help. So far so good, the place is good, not to busy. The products have been good, I had just one issue with one cart but Earthmed took care of me right away and I got order fixed. Can't complain. Good service and happy people.

I do enjoy the ease going in here, looking at the menu, getting help and ending with a thank you smile... 1 suggestion, I ordered online for the 1st time and it was just as easy going in, but I had questions at the time of ordering and wished there was a "Live Chat" option....

I just left EarthMed for another local place bc my experiences were overwhelmingly negative. The parking here is horrendous. It’s a tiny parking lot with mostly parallel parking in the middle of a nasty industrial park. The ATM is regularly down and there isn’t a close, quick place to go nearby. The location has old, weird office furniture everywhere that doesn’t fit a dispensary. What sealed the deal for me is their prices on carts were consistently $5-$10 higher than other dispos. Their Customer Service people are reaaaaally pushy with sales too. So much that they’ve talked me out of my purchase for something I didn’t really want at all. Look elsewhere, friends.

I’m a recreational user and picked up three packs of edibles here on 2/14/20. I picked up Verano Sour Watermelon Gummies 10mg 10 pieces, Verano Sweet Stones Lemonade Flavor 10mg 10 pieces, and Verano Menta Mints Wintergreen Flavor, 5mg 20 pieces. From the wait line to walking out the door with my purchase I was there for about 50 minutes. Yes it’s busy because recreational use just started, but they do have a separate entrance for medical patients, and the parking around the building was reserved for medical patients. It seems like they have found a good balance of being able to meet the demand for recreational products, without sacrificing any ability to mange the medical patients their first priority, as they should be. I would definitely go back to this location and purchase here again.

Dispensary is safe and secure. Feel secure when getting from car to inside location. This is a small detail that is often missed when selecting a Medical Cannabis Dispensary. Multiple levels of checking in, which is great! Only issue, they are limited by the availability due to growers supply and demand. They also sell Glass and alike. Often have Cannabis Classes. The #leafly express lane is awesome and very quick. Priority line for LEAFLY orders. I had about 15 other people on a Saturday, of course I excused myself, and with crowd approval, I picked up my order and out the door before the next person in line was up!! Parking is a bit tight. Great location for a Drive-thru Tell them Charlie sent you for My strain strain recommendation. This week Crockett Confidential Best indica I have ever had! And I tried many many strains. Cheers

This place is awesome! The staff are all friendly and helpful, the security and professional atmosphere is top notch, and to top that off, they have great selection and great prices! I was a little skeptical about what Earthmed would be like, as the cannabis doc I went to pushed Earthmed HARD--a state of affairs which always makes me a tad suspicious, but I have to say--I am pleasantly surprised. The cannabis doc's office was right! Earthmed rocks! Whenever I'm there, it is absolutely packed. It's insane. I loved my initial appointment with the staff over at EarthMed too. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with EarthMed. I highly recommend giving them a try. *I'm fairly familiar with the structure and setup of dispensaries, so take it from me, this place is running a tight ship.*

All the employees are friendly & helpful. Earthmed is the dispensary to get all your medical products at a reasonable price, and the staff is constantly cleaning and sterilizing the store. Thanks to the entire staff for all their hard work.
