I love how helpful everyone is! Customer service is awesome. I’m usually in and out in 10 minutes. If the line is longer, and it takes longer, make a new friend and talk to your neighbor in front of or in back of you!

I like the idea that you can order online and come to the dispensary to pick up I hope you choose to make this only available to medical marijuana patients and not recreational I'm disappointed that you went recreational at this location it's too small and if it's too crowded for me to be able to park close to the door or handicap I will most likely leave earthmed and go to belmar and on Fullerton it will depend on who is taking care of the medical patients more than recreation

I was worried about parking when everything became legal and was pleasantly surprised that all I had to do was show my medical card and I can park in the parking lot. The lot is very tight and I appreciate the work the staff does directing traffic and allowing for a few extra cars to make up a few spots along side the building. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Staff has always been friendly and really helped me learn when I first started out.

Been with EarthMed 2 years now. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Prices are great. Specials haven't been so great lately. And I'm disliking the daily limits put on medical patients now. Seems like in order to get what I want I have to make multiple trips now. Hopefully this changes soon.

A Freaken Class Act!!!! From the door person checking your temperature to the very help people behind the glass to the people at the pipe and accessory counter. The people are very nice, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I have learned a lot from the in 1 year as a medical patient than I knew in 40 years of self-medicating. I couldn’t recommend EarthMed enough!

First time back to this dispensary in about 7 months, came back due to better inventory for pain relief strains. Fantastic experience, everyone is always so nice and separate entrance and area for medical patients.

Security was extremely helpful and pleasant. They did forget to give me back my driver's license, but my first trip was amazing. Easy, safe, and friendly. Curbside pickup for medical patients is awesome.

I love this place.... staff is very friendly... usually a good choice (depending on the day). Nice accessories counter as well.... pieces, grinders, pipe cleaners, papers. I have only one negative to say... the parking (I am medical) it's scary tight. But overall... top notch

I love Earthmed been going here over year . I am medical patient and am disappointed in supplies but after legalization it was expected. They will get back to having great selection as they did in past they always seem to have best menu before and after legalization. and always in stock for me . Recreational patient's be patient call ahead the demand out weighs supply so expect some problems over first couple months but this will all be sorted out. Thanks Earthmed

Staff goes above and beyond to help you. Yes there are lines, however in my opinion. BEST PLACE FOR MEDICATION! HANDS DOWN... Occasional shortages of product however that is the cultivator not releasing products to dispensary. STOP COMPLAINING REGARDLESS OF DISPENSARY ABOUT PRICES OR SHORTAGES! THIS IS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL. The staff, outstanding and selection fantastic. I have been a patient for several years here.

Been going here for a year. Recreational definitely effected the customer service, however they are getting better/back to normal. I shop here anytime they have what i like in stock. Best prices, staff very friendly.

Love this place. Everyone is happy and helpful all the time. Parking is awful and the semis are a pain but well worth stopping by.
