We ordered two vape cartridges, (West Coast Cure), and these things will not fit into a regular vape cartridge battery, as they are about a quarter inch wider then every other vape cartridge available at any other cannabis dispensary in San Diego County. We called the driver within MINUTES of delivery, and they told us to call the office, which we did. Clueless reps, transferring from one USELESS employee to the next, which finally prompted us to go to live chat. This “manager” from the live chat offered ZERO assistance, even though the cartridges were UNUSED AND HAD JUST BEEN RECEIVED 30 MINUTES PRIOR. No offer of exchange, or money back, or any other “assistance”. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, because if you have any kind of issue, they are unable, unwilling, and have zero capability to override their robotic answer of “all sales are final”. Purchase from somewhere that cares about their customers, and cares about your money, keeping them in business, because this is NOT that place.

First time coming here, super stoked at the service I received. They were sold out of one item I had ordered online which sucked but I got amazing deals on a bunch of pre rolls. Only issue for me was the security.. on their phones, leaned against walls, attitude.. no real physical presence and as a veteran, these guys would be considered soft targets.

So I scheduled a delivery last night for a delivery this morning between 9am-11am. Order from her specifically because my GF loves a certain strain that is carried here. I wanted to surprise her with it but this delivery service has been the worst of experiences I’ve had since moving to California. After not hearing from them by 10:30am I contacted customer service to find out that my id had not been verified even though. It said online that everything was okay for delivery. I then let customer service know that I had to get to work so if it wasn’t going to arrive in the time I booked for I needed to reschedule. I was told no problem. It would be scheduled for 8pm-9pm. Fast forward to ten minutes ago where I received a text stating that my driver is 10mins away. It is 7:13pm. I am still at work. Which is why I booked the time that I did! I have reached out to customer service again but still have heard nothing. I will NEVER order from here again. Too much inconvenience for something that is supposed to be simple and easy. So happy I didnt pay in advance.

I placed an order at 5:29pm, verified my ID, and received the confirmation email that my order was being processed. Green lights so far. A few minutes later the website updated informing me of the name and ETA of the driver. By this point I received several text message updates keeping me in the loop. Things were 5-stars until my order was unceremoniously cancelled by Emjay via an email received at 6:23pm. Unable to access the original email address I used once upon a time ago when I first discovered Emjay (because it was hacked), I made use of a secondary email address. Allegedly this "violates the terms of service". Had I received this information BEFORE the array of confirmation emails and text messages instead of nearly AN HOUR after my order was placed, I would be writing an entirely different type of review. There's plenty of wonderful delivery services around San Diego with exceptional customer service, unfortunately Emjay isn't one of them.

Made an order at 7:22 , dispensary did not confirm order until 8:22pm & then wrote me saying delivery wasn’t going to be until the morning because they didn’t see my order due to being short staffed so I did not receive my delivery due to them not checking leafly & doing their job I had to call and text the dispensary to find out what was going on with my order .

Tried these guys tonight for the first time. Super fast free delivery. Our driver Frida was very friendly and sent us a 3 min earning which was great. Amazing deals on edibles and first time customers get a 35% discount. Can't recommend them enough!
