Today was my 4th visit and I will definitely be back! Miracle was my budtender today. She was super nice, fun and knew her stuff! She helped me find just what i was looking for and made the almost 2 hour drive there so worth it!😁

I have mixed feelings about Exclusive Monroe, I liked them initially, but recently they have gone downhill. The first few times I ordered delivery it always arrived. I felt like one of the products was a bit old on one of the orders, but I was happy with them for the most part. My last few experiences with them have been bad though, maybe it's better at the store, this is as far as a delivery customer. First I ordered some product a week or so ago and they cancelled it. I reordered and it was cancelled again. I figured they were overloaded or something. So I waited, and tried again the next day. I ordered in the morning, waited all day, no response, no updates, or anything other than processing my order. I was upset with that, late at night I cancelled the order. I tried again a week later, the same thing happened. I never received a phone call or anything on any of these. No communication at all.

David was my bud tender he did a great job, very helpful with kindness I recommend Exclusive!

First the customer service is excellent! Brandon, my bud tender, is very knowledgeable and took his time and answered all my questions. The customer service is why I have returned a second time(specifically asking for Brandon) and the customer service did not disappoint again! I have to say when you have 10(I'm guessing)dispensaries with in as 2 mile radius that pretty much sell the same things at comparable prices.... The one thing that is going to stand out is customer service. You have a repeat customer. A+++ service

We have visited this location 2 times because their prices and sales are great! We went on Black Friday and it was busy but we didn't have to wait in line long. They were fully staffed. You should sign up for their texts so you can keep an eye on their vast list of available discounts and offers. The negatives - They use those vented smell jars that don't smell like the real bud anymore. :( -My budtender wasn't very friendly. She WAS fast and knowledgeable, but not personable at all which was a first for me.

I work at a very busy dispensary down the street. Visiting Exclusive/Cookies is a nice vibe change. Mainly because it’s usually not super busy. Also, they carry brands that my store does not (Heavyweight Heads and Cookies both have some great flower) Their budtenders have always been super friendly and mostly knowledgable. The main thing I like, besides their selection, is that it’s a very chill store. The vibe is laidback, which is exactly what I need after my work day. (Shoutout to Karrie!)

My husband placed a pick up order and Clint was our budtender he was awesome! He was patient and nice. He helped us redeem points for a free cart! Everyone at Exclusive is awesome, this was our first time getting Clint and We hope to get him again! Definitely would recommend them!

Nick is who you need to shop with! Intelligent, professional and nice. You should ask the questions on your mind because he's ready to answer! This is the second time Nick has been my tender! I hope to get him every time!! Heads Exclusive is my absolute favorite!!

Is there really anything bad you can say about this place? They give the highest quality products, with super low prices, and when they mess up, they own it and make good. Tanya, the delivery driver, especially is awesome.

This was one of the three dispensaries I visited Saturday morning. Customer service was great but couldn’t understand my budtender some of the time she was talking. Seemed like she talked a little fast to keep up with. Still a pretty good selection and competitive pricing with the other dispensaries in the area.

Simple and clean place. No bright lights or loud music. Staff always great. They really help you get the best to you can find. Has menu of deals for the day behind check in. Greats deals. Can't beat 2.5 ounces for $99. No complaints when it comes to this place.

for the second time now I've came in, found something on display I liked (flower) and when I got home and opened it and found jungle boogey it did not smell or look like what was on display...dry, unkept buds that's smell like hay... completely disappointed again

This place is great! I had an online order and it was ready hours before the scheduled pickup time, prices are great, and the budtenders are awesome. Keith helped me out and he really knows his stuff. 10/10 would recommend!

The mimosa flower has taste sometimes and sometimes not and the high is a mid-head high (ok). Better than the GMO purchased.

I just want to say that Kirsten from Hudson Monroe was amazing she made sure that I got my $25 credit for referring a friend even though I couldn't figure out how to do it right she made sure I was taken care of she was an amazing bartender and I love this place

Bud tender Cody was sensitive to my need to have a good smelling bud as well as a firm bud. Very knowledgeable bud tender
