DECIVING!!! They don't honor promotions POSTED BY THEM! Ordered 2x in past, LOW GRADE WEED! Decided to give them a try 1 last time because of a promo they had posted on a brand that is not theirs. Customer service rep just wanted to argue. After I asked them if they are going to honor the promotion AS ADVERTISED, they responded (copy & pasted), "I do apologize, and I have contacted the website coordinator and informed him of the error and the context, but I will not be able to sale the product at that price. It is already a free 8ths and to give a 30% discount on top of that would not be a wise business move and I cannot honor that discount on top of a discount" HORRIBLE BUSINESS & LOW GRADE FLOWER!!!! You will be disappointed, STAY AWAY!

Hi guys, if you are an old customer (like me) you might have notice the website is brand new and your old account has been deleted. So now you starting the process of opening a new account uploading your DL front and back and etc. If you like to pay online you may also notice there no longer working with PAYTENDER but with a new 3rd party who also in tiny letters is telling you they can do with your information what they will and GOOD TREE is not responsible if they share/sale your personal information to others. IMPORTANT: BEWARE when driver arrives to you, he will asking for your ID/DL to identify you, and that's okay, until he snaps it off your hand and put it on his lap and take a picture of it with his personal phone. According to this DRIVER (LARRY H) THEY WILL BE TAKING PICTURES OF YOUR DRIVER LICENSE "EVERY TIME A DRIVER DROPS OFF YOUR ORDER" >>>>with his personal phone<<<< YES!! Don't call the office they will tell you his right. Driver will snap a shot of your DL with your with you Face, Address and Date of birth on it, etc. you know the stuff "Identity burglars" looooove so they can duplicate false ID's, get a loan online, you know the drill. How does this make you feel? Well I called the office, and this girl that answered confirmed they will be taking pictures of your DL every time. I said really? So Every time I order there will be a new driver that I've never seen before (because you never get the same dude) and he will be taking shots of my DL with my personal information? SERIOUSLY? I trust you guys (now I'm not to sure) but not the DRIVERS, I mean he could be there today and quit the next day. How do you control that? How many pictures of DRIVER LICENSES is he taking per day? Are you really paying them that good they wont do anything with them? Do you asked them to delete them later? That's funny, but its not. I'm not sure I want to continue doing this. The girl hang up on me. NOW IM IN SHOCK. I tried calling back, they made me wait 20 mins picked up and hang up on me again, now twice. This company is acting shady. To me seems like they are aiming for a lawsuit or a thorough investigation by a county office if they don't change their unprofessional and shady ways. P.S. They product is declining in quality. FYI

Ordered at 10:01 (literally lol) and it didn't get delivered til 4-5PM. I'm out in the valley so it might be quite a distance to travel but if I'm the FIRST order of the day there's no reason why y'all shouldn't/couldn't just bust that move. How you gon put me behind later orders all day and then when I call "we'll get you on a route ASAP"? If I didn't call y'all were just gon bring that to me at your own convenience? Tripping lol and no offer of a discount on my next purchase, a pre-roll for my time or nothing.

They sent me 4 different text messages from 4 different numbers, all with different instructions. I followed their instructions to create a separate account on their website. Then they called me to tell me they have no more drivers available and they would be able to make it out the next day or the day after. The woman Chanelle who I spoke to over the phone did not seem to care about the customer service, and she brushed off any inconveniences as not their fault. Due to their lack of care for their customers, I will be seeking a different location to buy from. Stay away from this place, it seems like it is run by a bunch of kids who don't understand how businesses function.

Terrible service. Don't waste your time with them. After waiting 2 hours, the driver called to confim the total and for my surprise, it was 23$ more than what was on my checkout, and on my order confirmation e-mail. thus, they said that the price advertised ON THE WEEDMAPS WEBSITE was a "glitch". Funny, because I went on their own website, and it was the same price as I was supposed to pay before they've decided to overcharge me.

Added a 1/2 ounce of GSC as they were advertising it as still in stock and $35 off. Submitted the order and waited 2 hours until I decided to call to be told they didn’t have that anymore. When asked if they had anything to be replaced for the same price I was told that all they had were some 1/8ths and that if I purchased 3 I could get one for free. Then when asked if it was a sativa/indica/hybrid he completely acted as if he had no idea what was in front of him. Horrible service and their website also provides false advertising as that too is apparently no kept up to date. 0/10 wouldn’t even give it a star if that was an option. 👎

First time last time and cancelled my order. Ordered from here, they didn’t know where my order came from, they didn’t tell me who they were when they randomly messaged me asking for my ID. Then when I sent it they didn’t receive it and I had to ask if they got it about an hour later. Then when they reply it’s from a different number. I sent it again.. then my order begins to be prepared. My order goes out for delivery at 8pm says I must pay cash, I tell them I chose debit card, so they change it and add the atm fee... And my order is set to be delivered at 10:22pm... 2 1/2 hours later it says my delivery will arrive tomorrow. Naw... cancelled that mess. If they can’t even complete the deliveries before they end the day I don’t want some delivery driver showing up with a product he’s had in their possession all night.. now do I appreciate waiting until 10:30 at night to find out my delivery isn’t coming. If I could give negative stars for this I really would. I truly and utterly was not in any way satisfied with this service at all.

always very fast and friendly when i order. MY GO TO!!!. some of the best products around, I LOVE the selection here. Been searching everywhere for these new left coast extracts cartridges tho!!

"These Grenaches Tried to steal my Xmas Joy! They took my money" I placed an order Dec 23rd: It took almost 3 days for the order to be delivered! 2 items were missing from my order. I took 3 more days to get a response about the missing items. I took a $20 credit for the missing items! That Was A HUGE Mistake! It is now going on 2 weeks and I've tried unsuccessfully to use the credit on 2 separate orders with no luck! I've filed multiple Tickets and made over a dozen calls to customer service with NO response. It's clear that Good Trees Roots have Rotted! Date of experience: December 23, 2023

Delivery first time was two hours and the second time it was a couple minutes. The second time I ordered high hemps and received raw rolling papers though.
