We truly appreciate you taking the time to speak with us, misleading us to schedule time out of our schedules to visit your store only to be told they have no idea what we were there for. You have been completely ghosting us since we have been in town. From coming by the shop to calling and emails to reach you. You worked harder to avoid us than to make sure we got proper service.
You guys are truly professionals...
From the smell of death in your parking lot you share with various fast food joints, to your staff being very unknowable and simply product pushing and recommending nonsense and
blatantly lying to customer's.
All around a very negative vibe and experiences and we will make sure to share that with eveyone so they don't make the same mistake and waste time visiting this sketchy establishment!

DONT COME HERE!!!!!!!! CHECK YOUR CONCENTRATES!!!!!! WE BOUGHT 3.5 GRAMS. Bud tender didn't check any of the wrappers as we discussed strains and terps. They take advantage of you selling you this idea of 3.5 grams for 75 but your assed out of a half gram, called a liar, check the video he didn't check any of the wrappers except to show me the badder on ONE. Got back to the hotel to check out our buys and a whole ass half gram isn't in one of the packages, NOT SEALED EVEN. Called multiple times no one answered, went down no refund given, no help whatsoever except being told "it was there I checked" but you didn't and were assed out of weed. AVOID. No understanding nothing. We're not even from here. THE STAFF IS STEALING AND CUSTOMERS ARE GETTING THE SHIT END OF THE STICK.
I really liked that I could place my order online and then pick it up. That was my first time using the service and I really appreciate being able to use a debit card. You guys also have an awesome staff and let's not forget how great the Khalifa Kush is. :)

The store is beautiful, the gal at the front desk was super cool. The bud tender was so unfriendly, it was unreal. It was as if, he had no interest in helping up or even talking to us. He didn't greet us at all when I walked up and said hi, barely gave a response when we would ask a question. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE FROM THE BUD TENDER.

the budtender who helped us (Anthony) was a huge help and helped in aiding our decisions on what to get and what was good to try. His suggestions were very well worth the try The! The atmosphere was calm and clean. We will be back!!! Totally recommend this place & working with Anthony!

It Was A Horrific Experience 😢 I Paid For For Part With My Card They Charged Me The Full Price On My Card And Took My Cash. I Was In Contact With The Manager He Said He Wasn't Going To Refund Me. The Customer Service Was Horrible I Wouldn't Recommend This Place For Nobody.
Everyone is super friendly and super helpful I will be going back today

On June 7 2020, I received a delivery order. One of the jars, each of which which was an 1/8 of flower, had an unsealed safety seal inside the lid. I immediately notified the driver, and the dispensary. They said they would get back to me. 4 months has passed. I have placed multiple phone calls to the dispensary & each time was told a manager would get back to me. I never received a response, nor a replacement. This is MEDICATION. If this occurred at a pharmacy there would certainly be an immediate response. I will NEVER order from this place ever again. Note: I have never been to the facility as was a delivery but was forced to do star ratings as if I had been there as no other option.

The bud tender was not helpful at all. We are not from Nevada, we inquired as to the rules about smoking in Vegas. His answer was “I have no idea”. He also sold us pre rolled joints. We told him we wanted 5 and he failed to tell us there were two in each package. So we ended up with 10. If we ever come back we will find somewhere else to go.

Best place to go as a tourist or convention goer. Literally 1 block away from the SMS Monorail Station. I'm 51 and literally novice idea of hybrid strains or wax or anything more than Sativa vs. Indico. Justin absolutely rocks. Immediately enlightened me to all the ways to consume not only the difference in strains, but the consumption methods. I ended up buying disposable pen that works so great in addition to my flower and edible purchases. I spent more than I planned, but the place is so great it's got its own ATM or you can use your debit card. Again, if you in vegas and want a recreational spot without taking multiple uber rides, see Justin.

I purchased the special of 5 for $55 and my pre rolls were not filled and had a lot of excess paper at the end which means I paid for something I didn’t get. Very unsatisfied.
