The new New York State denial of access to their computer software has messed all of us up you have to bring your prescription every time you come now that’s not Medman’s fault reach out to New York and let yourself be heard

I’ve been to the MedMen location in Syracuse many times since receiving my card. Every single visit I’m met with super friendly and knowledgeable staff and people that enjoy helping get our medication. Their communication is incredibly helpful wether via phone or email. Incredible deals that are ever changing that covers all their products. It’s a location that has earned my loyalty due to incredible service and atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoy every visit and highly recommend stopping by to visit if you are in the area.

They got me with the old bait and switch yesterday. MedMen messed up a promotion on the website and wouldn't honor their mistake. It was pretty disappointing. I only did what they always push, make an order on the website. The fact that they wouldn't honor their mistake is such an embarrassing business practice. I never thought something like this would happen here. I am there 2 or 3 times a week. It is usually a great experience. Now I realize, they don't actually care about taking care of their customers.

This is my favorite dispensary in town! The staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful!

Staff was very kind and I was in and out in a little under 10 minutes. Made me feel very welcome during my first dispensary trip ever. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend them to first timers.

Absolutely poor customer service, purchased 2 cureleaf slim pens that both failed and siezed up upon opening. Called ahead to see what we could do to remedy the situation, I was told to bring the cartridge back into the store to switch them out. Once I arrived I was turned away because 1 pen didn't have the original box. I'm a user for true medical pain relief. It was a quick remedy to switch out the pens for a 3 year customer. Instead I was sent on my way, told I could contact customer service if I wanted to. Unacceptable!

After spending thousands of dollars at this place, I feel incredibly disrespected. They did not think it was important to inform me of the new law before I drove down in 91+ degree temps with gas at almost $5 a gallon. I would understand if it was a busy weekday ( I guess..even though they have no problem calling when its an issue on THEIR END.) But this was a Saturday and the place was dead. "The app sent you a message" Aka, the computer did something...probably. Lmao. Wow. Not only that, but she immediately cancelled my order. I will NOT BE BACK, and others should consider trying some of the more customer friendly locations. There are PLENTY OF OPTIONS!

Placed my order the night before, was emailed that it was ready. To my surprise I waited much longer this time then previous times when I did not order in advance.

I have been going here for about a month now, very pleased with the products and service!

Great place and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The only issue I have is that I can't afford to get much and the senior discount and the specials makes it great and really helps me to save. Staff are always wonderful and helpful, clean work area's, easy access, private location, I could go on and on.

I've been going to MedMen's Galeville location since January. Some small changes since then (to the better). After a 40 year long struggle it's nice to be able to walk into the office, get exactly the medication I need (thanks to a gentleman there and a website he suggested that helped immensely with the acronyms of products) and be on my merry way in minutes. I've met with probably everyone there over the (almost) year and found them all to be knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. You ask below if I'd recommend MedMen. I can say I have to a number of people and no doubt I'll be back. Thank you, MedMen.

Well third time they didn't have what I ordered, but, I guess it can happen. I'm an early riser I ordered my stuff at 530am. Expecting to get a confirmation e mail at around the time the store opens‽??????????????? . But I believe there are like 4 stores in my area and I been to 2. This place is better than the other store
