MedMen - Syracuse

This place is ok. Quality is superb every time and I always am amazed how good product is after a session but for $120 - $140 for a 1 gram Vape cart it dang better be! I can get damn near the same quality & weight for 1/4 of the price! Why would I ever want to go to a Dispensery and feel ripped off everytime I leave, Weed is so cheap and Here NYS is ripping us off like usual. I just do not agree with the prices. Noone can afford prices like this and something needs to change or nobody is gonna go to a dispensary. There going To continue private sales which arguably is better for way cheaper.

Updated review 4/26/21 - MedMen have solidified their place as the best med dispensary in the Syracuse area. Admittedly, the location is a little strange to walk into, but their office is very nice and the staff are fantastic. I have been to all local dispensaries and while Verilife used to be my go-to, once MedMen offered Curaleaf products, which were the best in state (which as we know is/was highly restrictive). MedMen’s LuxLyte disposable vapes are great, but they’re costly and last only a couple days. I’ve been waiting for them to have actual carts and as of this review, they finally released Blue Dream, Jedi OG and Cherry Wine, which are all amazing and are just as good (if not better) than Curaleaf’s Live Resin.

Such a wonderful experience! Staff was thoroughly competent and friendly. Prices were great. Product line was astounding! Five stars!

My experiences here have always been positive. The customer service is outstanding. They truly care about helping you. They answered any questions and helped advise me on different options for my situation.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My only “complaint” is that sometimes the wait is long. Especially if the person ahead of you has a bunch of questions. Unfortunately, they only have one person in the front to assist patients coming in.

Overall a good dispensary. However, it shouldn’t take someone a 1/2 hour, after placing an order well in advance, to cash out. There should be an express lane for pre-orders.

The wait was 40 minutes and I preordered.

The staff at MedMen Galeville are superb. They provide stellar service and know their products. They are friendly and prompt. I do not shop at any other dispensary.

I have been here a couple times now and the atmosphere and staff are great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. The quality of product is good so now all that is needed is to drop the prices a little 😂

Everyone was so helpful. I am new to this, and needed some education, which I received. I bought the LuxLyte harmony and sleep drops and I love them. My chronic pain is less pronounced and I had a great night sleep.

This was my first of the Syracuse dispenseries I have tried. The reception area is very nice and the check in process was smooth. It seems like everyplace is selling curaleaf products, so you know what your getting as far as quality, but Medmen seems to have the most strains available as far as I have seen yet. Everyone I encountered was polite and I am jealous of the sweet hoodies they get to rock at work.

I've bounced between Syracuse dispensaries for over a year and with the new products MedMen carries it's definitely the best dispensary in the area. While products are pricey and flower is not available, there are still more options to choose from compared to others. With my anxiety I tend to use the pens most as they work best for me. The LuxLyte pens are great if you use more sparingly. The Select, CuraLeaf and Matter pens are better if you use them throughout the day. Hope this helps!
