MedMen - Syracuse

First time in a medical dispensary and it was the best experience. Kristy at the front desk was such a sweetheart and such a huge help. And the products I bought were 🔥👌🏽

I love the front desk peeps! They are so great to talk to! Have always been helpful to me! I can't wait until the store expands with the new Recreational marijuana laws in NY! I hope that some changes for us medical marijuana patients happen soon and Medmen takes us and NY into the future!!

MedMen was the first dispensary I tried after my military career and decided I didn't want to be burdened with relentless pills and medication anymore. They made the initial appointment process a very easy and relaxing experience from the start. The staff was very knowledgeable about the medicinal aspects of THC/CBD as well as their effects on different ailments or conditions. Quite frankly it was this experience alone that has kept me coming back, you truly have to value a store with great customer service. I hope the corporate side of the company already has the playbook ready to go for the transition to recreational legal status, it would be great to keep this store in our community!

I had a bit of a different Experience at other dispensary's and was hesitant to try another. The Syracuse location is very welcoming, the staff is great, and the pharmacist will take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have. The variety and selection is great. New York State in general has higher prices so I expected that. It’s nice to have a selection!

Priced high. No full gram carts. Last batch had plenty of stems. I kinda feel rushed, they wanna know what you want. I need a menu & count $ off to the side. BUT I LOVE THIS DISPO BETTER THAN ANY OTHER IN NY SO FAR!

Everyone was nice and the people working there know what they are talking about and are very informative even if you don’t have any questions. Lots of options unfortunately because it’s NY it is a bit pricey. But products are good and the people are nice.

The pharmacist would not let me order what I wanted to order. He had his own opinions about what would help me. So I left and went to Verilife, where I am treated with respect each and every time I go!

All of a sudden the select oil is more expensive and less five percent, what’s the deal there lol..

Went today for the first time at this location. Great atmosphere and they were very helpful. Both the young woman at the desk and Nick the pharmacist both extremely knowledgeable. Prices are good too. Thanks MedMen

I know they are moving : ) and think the new location will be great! Not to far considering the lack of dispensaries in Syracuse. The staff is amazing from start to finish 100% great experience! The quality is amazing but the pens are almost more then 1/2 empty. I feel robbed when I open the box and see a pen with oil only around the coil, even with the price reduction it's doesn't seem worth it to me. I'll stick with every other product until they stop selling 1/2 empty pens or more, but there is no way to tell until after you purchase and opened being in a sealed box and all so guess my pens will be bought else where. How ever they are my favorite that is my only dislike about this place they are amazing and I know the pen amount isn't there fault but they could do something but they choose not to.

Very friendly staff, quick service, pretty good product. It’s out of my way to come here, but worth the extra effort. Kind of a weird location, but once you find it, the space is inviting and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaints are about the limits of the NY medical cannabis program, and not at all about MedMen.

The staff is very friendly, and the pharmacists are knowledgeable. I have tried both the vape and liquid tinctures, and the quality of the products are top notch. The sleep and the awake are my favorite.

I've been to the 3 dispensaries in Syracuse and this is the best of the 3. MedMen have 5 different levels of THC:CBD ratios. [see the other page] They have the highest strength THC ratios for all products than the other 2 dispensaries. MedMen offer Tincture, Vape, Pills. The Vape Pen are half gram size and didn't last me more than a week if I wasnt supplementing with actual Green. Which "Green" is still illegal in NY and from talking with the pharmacists will probably stay that way for a long time. So for $80+ it wasnt worth it, PharmaCannis has full gram pens but the highest strength was only 20:1. I went back to MedMen [Yesterday] a few weeks later and decided to try the Calm and Sleep Pill form...it was $49 a bottle with about 45 pills in the bottle. I still smoke Green and THC pens from KingPin and Exoctic Carts but am hoping the pills work better and I can cut down on the Green...
