As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. They also took the time to address any concerns I had and provided me with resources for further education. The education I received from at this dispensary was mind blowing and outstanding!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I left feeling confident and informed about the medical process of marijuana laws. OH, Did I mention PATIENT!! Like seriously OMG!!! I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service and education on the legal and medical aspects of using medical marijuana! Overall, my experience at this dispensary was excellent. Chris and Amber were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the selection of products was top-notch. I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for high-quality medical marijuana products and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning in the future! **COUGHPSSSSSSSSSS....... They also give you a store credit to reimburse you for the cost of you're doctor's certification visit prior to obtain you're medical marijuana licence!! Whom are also pretty amazing can't say who exactly but will say natural medicine is a way better alternative.. THANK YOU NATIVE ROOTS!!!!

Incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff who take the time to really elucidate the various effects, tastes, and therapeutic benefits of their products. The prices are insanely cheap for the quality of their products, and the various benefits of being a member make coming back something to look forward to!

These people know their craft, and are very accommodating in all aspects of cannabis. You guys rock and I will tell everyone I know about your customer service and sound advice. Thanks a lot!!

This place is great amazing staff very friendly, down side can’t use you’re phone in the back to see if certain strains are a good fit for you or not! Unless you know exactly how the strain will react with you if you don’t however and wanna try something new this makes it very difficult. I recently tried something new as I’m trying to find what’s good for me and my anxiety issues as well as treat my pain still and it was a horrible strain for people with chronic anxiety, if I could of looked it up I would’ve saved myself a lot of stress and some money! Manager is great this is the only location I’ll go to!
