Mario was great customer service. No rush, explained multiple items, got everything I needed.

I don't know what the hell happened to tha 10% med patient discount I hve yet to see, I barley started going back here and I forget wen im there and don't notice till I get home very irritating wen I'm on a tight budget for meds as it iz, if I t doesn't exist anymore I would like to know if I'm wrong

I called to make sure a specific item was included in their daily special text that they sent me, and I was told yes. I drove an hour to get there and they tell me nope, it’s not part of the deal. I explain to them I called to make sure, and they told me tough luck, you were told wrong!! I’ve had problems in the past with these idiots and how they over charge and don’t take their “discounts” off your total unless you point it out!! When you’re running a business, customers shouldn’t have to always remind you of your own damn prices!! This place is a rip off!

Broken lines and an inconvenient waiting room, i have been able to tolerate. Upping the prices on your middling in-house flower by 80% overnight so you can make a quick buck on the new rec customers who don’t know better? That’s dirty pool, and it’s going to backfire on all of us when it causes underground sales to flourish. Hire up now, this is one of those loyalty-crippling choices that is going to lead you to layoffs before 2022.

Have had several great experiences here at Nature Med. The staff is especially efficient and motivated while being professional but even more meaningful is their added friendliness on top of it all. The prerolls are getting me through. It is a much needed med. Shout out to Jay, a budtender who has been there since my first visits to now who always acknowledges me even if he is not my budtender that day. A perfect example of this dispensary's staff's above and beyond customer/patient service.

I can’t give this place too good of a rating anymore when it comes to their flower. For some years they were my go to dispensary, but from about a year back their quality has lowered significantly. I’m not sure if they are working with novice growers now, but it seems every aspect is needing work. Their flower now often comes with some seeds and larger stems. Their drying/curing seems off. The flower comes very dry and flavorless. Doesn’t grind well and harsh to the throat. The potency doesn’t compare as well. Managers are knowledgeable and service is great every time, and that’s the shame of it. They have had really good specials in the past. Let’s see if some of those come back once the recreational boom has settled.

Best dispensary in AZ

Was offered free gummies from vendor promoting edibles .they would be given at purchase ,less than 5 min later I made purchase and was told not giving away any edibles any more .I asked why and if this was only not given to recreational users and the employee had no answer except that’s what management just said ..the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable about products ,however the management policies today left me feeling insulted

this place is great, curbside pickup only way to go.

Audi has great customer service and the whole crew there seems to be pretty knowledgeable in their products they carry. If you haven't stopped in to check them out then you should because they are great.

Don’t bother, After 5 years of weekly loyal patronage, I refuse to spend another dollar here. I know my 500 a month is nothing compared to the new recreational volume, but the rude, unhelpful, impatient staff has made even the delivery process an unnecessary complicated fiasco and with no resolve. Better flower, better prices and friendly staff elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money.

Sam is top shelf. Had a mix up on what was posted on the website. It was my bad. I saw the wrong thing. Love my dispensary buddies. All know me by name, even security. Makes it a better experience.

FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING TO THIS DISPENSARY! I waited over an hour just to get inside the building. You have 3-4 people bundled up in the window instead of assisting with getting orders out. Like why??Another 30 min just to finally receive my order. Mind you when I do finally receive it he doesn’t even acknowledge how slow the service is by having the decency to AT LEAST apologize. (Rather you actually mean it or not)I get that Covid-19 is a thing but the service is just extremely horrible. I thought earths healing was slow.. Oh, man. At least offer your customers the option to order online to avoid these ridiculous wait times. Definitely 0/10.

Been here twice. Good service (a wait is to be expected). But terrible vape quality. The Rove cart clogs and leaks, leaving you with sticky lips. The Golden Vape cart I don't even know - it felt like it was drawing ok and the level of oil went down steadily but still didn't feel like I was getting much, no cloud on exhale, no throat burn, nada. Very disappointing for the cost.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I don’t understand why they have curbside pick up if you’re going to sit outside for 10 minutes. Not the first or the second even the third time this is happened Where I had to call because they forgot I was out here. I think I’m just gonna start going to other dispensaries this is really unfortunate as you guys are right down the street from where I live

My favorite! I always try to shop here. Best consistant quality of product and service. They have a good handle on the crowds too. Kind people all around everytime.

Terrible experience! Rude representatives, and the guy that directly helped me was just stupid. I don't mean to be rude but man it was aggravating trying to deal with him. Won't let patients in the back, don't have pictures online, but want you to guess what you might want based on names alone. That wasn't going to work for me so I asked to see a select few or I wouldn't purchase, not going to do a blind purchase where they won't accept returns! That was another nightmare trying to explain to dumb dumb that I wanted to see a few packages. I got 2 different kinds of flower and 2 different waxes. Both were the same experience, 1 was mediocre at best, and the other was absolutely terrible! The wax was awful! The taste gagged me! They did hand out warm water while we waited, so thats something I guess. I wouldn't return.
