Product is okay. Low terpene profile for top tier. price is decent. I find it to be misleading to ask for 5 stars reviews in exchange for a free pre roll. no authenticity. Taking the budtending experience away from patients due to COVID is wrong. No one should be rushed in and out, with no awareness of what they are purchasing.

Got off the road a sec ago from phoenix needed to medicate here i found natures. Short lines as well great service in and out. They even hooked me up with the MED FTP deal. Definitely gone let everyone in phoenix i know traveling this way to stop in 💯. Definitely will be back

Everyone I’ve ever been helped by here has been so friendly and gave great recommendations. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but what really do you expect when there’s so few recreational dispensaries in this entire city. Great prices, have never been disappointed.

I’ve been to other dispos but Nature Med is now the only one I go too. I’ve had a great experience while they converted to recreational. They are taking care of us medical patients.

Nature Med's budtenders are friendly, helpful and available for service. The daily deals and vendor deals make it easier to afford this kind of medicine, a real help to many of us. All your buys give you credit you can apply when ready, another bonus. The products range across the cannabis spectrum, and their quality has been at the top for me. Got way overcharged for a delivery, called to file complaint was told drivers carry no change. was over an hour late, would have been nice to know about no change, guess they can squeeze ya for a tip.

used to be my go to dispensary but with the price hike and inconsistencies on flower I'm out .prop 207 really screwed us med patients

Lobby too crowded, the same person trying to do line/lobby crowd control was also taking orders at the front. Downside here is they don't let you back, probably due to the pandemic but the situation of people in the lobby seemed like it was worse than having a couple of people go back and order and get checked out. First time I went in a month ago I left after seeing this and the line. So make sure you know what you want as there is only one person taking orders with 1 person at a time in the lobby so the wait is considerably longer.

The customer service is 5 star worthy for SURE! They have my absolute favorite strain, Jack Herer, AND they grow it themselves. They worked with me with my price range and didn't try to upsell anything, which for me is huge. I live about an hour and a half away but I will most DEFINITELY be returning 👍

Their process is more streamlined and they take advantage of their lobby more than other places to protect us from the summer heat. I have been going to Nature Med for a few months now! Each time I try a different strain and it has always been top quality. I have tried a few others around town but never went back a 2nd time. Nature Med is my place now. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable!! And they are always happy to see you!!

Okay Nature Med, I have a bone to pick with you. First of all I want to say that I frequent your location often and always enjoy your service and most of the time I enjoy the bud quality, your budtenders are always very friendly and engaging in conversation. I had no complaints. I went into your location last week and was shocked and taken back to see you had Botanica punch cards on your door for patients to get a free preroll, when they turn them into you. First of all this community we all are in is a one of a kind community! How often do you see patients or any bud smoker for that fact, being friendly to others, having conversation with complete strangers, laughs and happy tears? Always, everyday!!!! My problem with you putting Botanica punch cards up is we're all family and in this together!! We all benefit from everyone being nice to each other. I am not alone when I say this, tacky tacky move Nature Med. Botanica is not only a hell of a dispensary(my favorite), but go in there and meet the employees. The staff in there has the most unique combination of personalities. Kudos to Botanica for not retaliating. Keep it Classy Tucson!

I love the weed here i always stop by when traveling through tucson and i definitely like it better than anything we have in Phoenix. Friendly service as well and great prices
