, I felt rushed by employees. When trying the figure out the right strain they would suggest the total opposite. I went with the godfather after they suggested a sativa, I needed sleep. Definitely not going back

This is clearly the best dispensary I've been to in MA. I've gone there about 5 times at this point, and the selection is almost always great. The last time I went, they must have had 10 different shatter/wax options and at least 8 flower options.. good mix of sativa/indica/hybrids. The employees I've talked to are all knowledgable.. seems like a no-nonsense kind of place.
The only real downside is that it's generally crowded, so you might spend an hour there sometimes. I seem to have the best luck going around 1pm. But since you have to spend lots of time there at least sometimes, the atmosphere could be improved. It's a cool old building, but it feels like going the DMV in a way.. maybe if they played some music, it would help. But otherwise, it's pretty much perfect.

Neta Care is amazing!!! Awesome selections of everything (wax, shatter, edibles, etc.) The last few weeks they had an issue with their systems (they were hacked) and when that happened they had to resort to writing by hand which made the waits and lines longer (expected in a situation like that) They have now updated their system and are almost back to normal! I was there this morning and there was two people in front...I spent 20 minutes inside (WAY better than an hour wait!!!) Don't give up guys! They're getting there!!! 😃😃😃

Brookline is considered one of the top 10 Disensaries in the u.s. because of the Quality of its product, the pleasant environment the building provides and most importantly ---for the knowledge, friendliness and no-rush generosity of the budtenders who do such a thorough job for us. I've been to this dispensary a few times. They've forgotten the discounts they offer almost every single time when cashing me out. I've tried several shatters and waxes. Facewreck was a brick and hard to handle. Gorilla Glue was unstable and a goopy mess. Haven't tried the flower.

I love this place .. they weigh out the buds right in front of you. The staff was very helpful. I didn't feel rushed at all. The only negative is the vape cartridges, they are not to strong.. but the great Buds make up for it👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Additionally you'll be happy to learn that we're soon unveiling a new highly concentrated vape option; APEX distillate based cartridges. These will be around 1000mg in TAC potency per cartridge.

flower was ok the strain selection was moderate but thc percentages in most the strains is on the low side the shatter was not as good as expected. and i was offered a discount to right bad comments about other dispensaries. not cool!

We feel our selection of flower contains a good array of strains and TACs as we know that many patients prefer lower strength flower and some prefer higher strength flower. Today, for example, the TAC % of our selections varies between 13.5% - 21.9%. We have had our full menu of 10 available strains for a few months now, and recently we lifted our limits on most flower. As a Massachusetts patient, when it comes to finding a reliable dispensary nearby, you could count the options on one hand. For anyone living in the Boston area, I would highly recommend the NETA Brookline dispensary off of Washington St in the old Cambridge Savings bank building. All the product is top-shelf and very reasonably priced considering the quality (from an East Coast perspective).
I'd say the only downsides are that strains - especially popular ones - will get sold out very quickly so it's important to check the menu the night before you plan on going in (they update the menu around 9:30pm every night). Additionally, if you are trying to stop by on the weekends, expect a long wait in line.
Overall, after 5-6 visits over the course of this summer, I have yet to have an unpleasant visit to NETA Brookline. The commute is a little rough, but the budtenders are always friendly and informative and the product is the best I've had on the East Coast.
I rate NETA Brookline a 4.5/5. Would highly recommend for both new and veteran cannabis users.

I liked the structure itself of NETA and the staff.. whoever after 3-5 of attempting to try out different products I feel I have been let down. The bud are very dry, I have purchased 3 different cartridges that would only work for a little.. and they have poor choice of edibles and not enough CBD products. Very unfortunate

Very cool setting (the old Brrokline Savings Bank), top-notch staff (friendly, funny, and fearless), and consistantly fine wares (more smiles, and bang, for the buck!)
This was my second visit:
1. A bit more crowded (5 customers in front of me)
2. But plenty of in-line seating!
3. Did not feel rushed while being served (and I did ask lots of questions, all of which were answered forthrightly!)
My main reason for returning was ADVICE. Rather than going in with preconceived "wants" I told my "budtender" what I was trying to achieve and relied on their recommendations. Spot on the first time I went. Even more spot on this time.
Bottom line: I will shop thgeir again.

This was the first place I visited. I should never of done that. They are the gold standard and the other dispensaries just don't hold up.
The worst part of this place is parking may take a few minutes. That's it.
The experience is fantastic, with a fast pass option that you just fill out the order form and they get it.
If you want to smell the flower and talk about it and what it is good for, they have that as well. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
You can decide the quantity after smelling and they keep themselves well stocked.
I hope they expand into other locations , if not they are my go to.

I'd like to revise my previous review about the extra strength wishing well tincture. I did experience effects from the tincture but they were quite delayed, about 6 hours. I've never waited more than about 2 but I guess everybody is different. The staff and variety of product are amazing at the Brookline location. Also, a response to my previous negative review was posted promptly and neta gave options to address the issue, something I did not expect and greatly appreciate. Thank You for the excellent customer service!

When i first arrived I was quite overwhelmed. It was very busy with people everywhere. It was also quite noisy between the somewhat loud music and the crowds of people talking. I asked if there was anyone who could help me since it was my first time and was immediately helped in a private room by Margot who really took the time trying to help me chose what combo would be best for my illness. She helped me chose a small handful of products to try. I never felt over sold to or pressured to buy extra. I wish they had a broader range of supplies since they only sell one model of vape and one ridiculously expensive grinder. I was also disappointed by their complete lack on high CBD strains. There was no high CBD flower or any other high CBD product. It is very frustrating that there isn't at least one.
I came home with a few edibles to try and 3 different flowers to try out. I tried Chem Dawg, buddha's sister, and Walker Kush. Buddha's sister ended up rubbing me the wrong way in that it made my insomnia worst instead of putting me to sleep, Chem Dawg is fine, no strong opinion, and Walker Kush is a dream come true.
Over all, decent flower and assorted other products, but NO high CBD!! WAY too noisy especially for someone who wasn't feeling very well walking in the door and who's condition is exacerbated by lots of noise and stimuli. I plan on asking for a private consult again if its so busy again. I mostly dealt with Margot who was amazing but everyone else working there seemed very involved with the customers which is a really good sign.

Quality medication. Great variety of strains. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. One downfall because it's a great place is the number of patients it serves. After figuring out your dose and strains, try the "Express" option.

Quality was pretty good. Weighed out in front of me. Some of the buds were larfy but did the job. Beautiful inside. My budtender had a slight attitude but maybe just having a rough day. It's forgivable.
