I love NETA Brookline. The people have always been extremely helpful and the wait times now are nothing like they were a year ago. If you suffer from arthritis or muscle tension try the Allay Lotion xtra THC. It's amazing and has changed my life. No more muscle relaxants or pain meds needed and I had nerve pain/surgery. Prices are great here too and I like that you can buy small amounts of flower.

I love this location. First, its an old bank...which is both ironic and convenient. This place, due in some part to trial & error, figured it out. Just being there is uplifting and feels like its own social event. Staff is friendly, happy to work there and helpful. The experience is tremendous, including a thorough and super helpful menu of products. Great selection, especially flowers. One of the best I have been too and I expect it to get even better!

Breathtakingly stunning facility. Very nice staff. Easy first time patient setup. I went around closing time and only had to wait 10 minutes to get helped out. $49 off because it was my first visit.
I use CBD rich medical marijuana products for anxiety, stomach problems, and immune system defect. I got a half ounce of shake (12% CBD, 7%THC) Sour Tsunami x Cataract Kush for only $95. The shake discount + first time patient deal REALLY helped me out. I'll be all set for at least a few weeks because of this.
I wish the REM pens didn't have PG in them, but honestly the fact that I got high quality CBD flower makes up for that 10x. Will be back once they harvest some more CBD flower. Thanks NETA!

😗💨💨💨💨🍁🍁💯💯👍👍👍
NETA gets: 🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁 5 leafs!!!!!
Been waiting a while to write this review!
NETA Brookline was the second dispensary I went to go visit. If this is your first time going to NETA I recommend asking a close friend that has a medical card or finding somebody in line that can refer you; why? Because you both save $50 bucks on your first time visit/referral. Also go early!!! This place gets so busy it can be a major unexpected time delay due to this being THE MOST POPULATED: people/city/location wise. It's in a beautiful, that once was, a bank.
The staff: super friendly; they let you see the flower being weighed out and they let you smell the herb. and didn't feel sketched out 👍👍👍😍🌹
The flowers: AWESOME SELECTION. Seriously, We are all impressed and proud of you. Jack Frost, Flo and Buddahs Sister have been discovered due to NETA knowing what's UP💯💯💯💯😍😍😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥🍰
Edibles/concentrates: I tried their shatter (💯👍👍👍), lozenges(😉👍❤️), 50mg brownies (when they had it😍😍😍), gummies cubes (👎👎👎) and upside down capsules (👍👍👍). Also tried their ally lotion (the gf loves it 😉😝👍💯) - imo the BEST selection in the state. But I still find other things from other dispensaries that WILL make me go back to them and they.
Location: cool state reuse of an old bank. I wish they had a coffee machine in there for the waits 🤔🐸☕️😂💯😗💨💨💨🍁
The gal the helped me was named Allie. Oh and they have wicked cool hoodies they get to wear LOL wish I could get one 😉😉😂🍁👍👍👌
I ❤️ NETA. I plan to check out their Northampton location next! 😗💨💨💨🍁

not bad, a little pricey and parking is a hassle but they have good strain selection
Dispensary response:
Hi BostonStoned978 - Thank you for visiting NETA! We are happy to hear your positive thoughts on our strain selection and thank you for your feedback. We do keep track of pricing across the state to ensure that we stay competitive with other local dispensaries. In regards to parking, we understand the difficulty that comes with frequenting the metro-west area, this is why we employ a full-time parking attendant and a full-time police officer to assist the flow in and out of our parking lot. There are a number of off-site parking garages close by, as well as on-street parking. We are just a short walk from the Green Line Brookline Village stop. We hope this information helps and look forward to your next visit!

I like calling this place "greengotts" bc it's in an old bank. So beautiful inside and the staff is friendly and helpful and the product is always great. Hands down my fave Boston dispensary.

They are just in it for the buck and not the patients, it's honestly just sad not going here for another year
Dispensary response:
Hi Weckster,
The mission of New England Treatment Access is to deliver the highest quality products through compassionate service to our patients while respecting their individuality and protecting their privacy. We pay close attention to market value to ensure that we are competitive with other registered marijuana dispensaries in Massachusetts. However, we understand that prices can be prohibitive for many patients. For this reason, we offer a number of programs designed to assist patients with the cost of medicine including our $200 patient program, and our Refer a Friend benefit, in addition to bulk purchase prices and occasional product discounts. We encourage you to inquire about these and other programs at either of our locations.

Very organized and knowledgeable! Can’t wait to come by again

While the staff is still great I feel this place is slowly going down hill. Twice now I haven't received change back after paying with cash and once the amount wasn't correct. Now I fully understand the need for limits on some things but now it's literally just about every item. Maybe I'm in the minority here but I would much rather see out of stock on the menu than having to drive, find the time to go, sit in line forever, just to have to come back in a week or less! Not to mention if your using your debit card not only do you pay a fee but they also round it up as well! In a month I've had to go here 5 different times because off limits and you know what.....Paid OVER $20 just in atm fees and their "rounding" fee! Biggest piece of advice I can give someone coming here is BRING CASH and make sure you get your change and that it's actually the correct change. I realize this review isn't going to be popular but it's the truth and my honest opinion!
Dispensary response:
Mr/Ms. Mahogdogg-
We would like to address your concerns. First: Incorrect change. Certainly, if this happened it would be attributable to simple human error on the PSA's part. In the event of a mistake like this, please feel free to inform either the PSA or a NETA manager and we will be sure to make correct change for your order. Regarding limits: Any limits on infused products are temporary and will likely be a thing of the past before too long. Source material for these products is in ample supply. Ramping up production and getting samples through testing are fairly heavy lifts and we are working to put ourselves ahead of that curve. As to the cashless ATM: The medical marijuana space is woefully undeserved by the financial services sector. The fact that NETA has a bank account and can process cashless transactions is atypical. However, these solutions are not perfect. We pay steep fees to bank and cannot access the usual merchant accounts that provide traditional credit card processing. Therefore, we must utilize the cashless ATM system. The provider of this service requires that transactions be made in $5 dollar increments. Though we do round the total up in some instances, patients receive the difference in cash from the PSA at the end of the transaction. In no instance does NETA retain those funds. The service provider does charge a fee to the customer and our PSA's are instructed to make this clear to all patients. We do recommend that patients bring cash if they would like to save those few dollars.

Good variety of products with a selection of sizes and potency amongst the different sections

I was so surprised with the place. I've been to 2 other dispensaries and this was the best in terms of atmosphere. It was the only one that didn't make me feel uncomfortable with the security/check in process. They still make you go through check points and take your identifications but they are kind and welcoming while they do it, not looking you up and down and assuming I'm not a legitimate patient or something. The flower bud was amazing!!! The best I've found in a while. The prices are higher than I would agree is fair, but the product works so well I don't need as much so I'll suck it up and pay. They have a wide selection of products, the dose chocolate bars are so yummy and have pure chocolate taste. I will be going here as my regular dispensary.
