Yesterday was my second visit to NETA and this place is professional, organized, friendly and very knowledgable. My questions were answered by a girl yesterday who was courteous and provided clear answers. The product I have purchased has been platinum. For me, Flo OG, A-Train and Facewreck are awesome.

All I can say is WOW! The atmosphere the people the service the quality all WOW! I've been to 3 different dispensaries and this is by far the best one. I've been to NETA Brookline on 4 different occasions and every time I've felt with a different person and the service and knowledge was amazing! The service I received was that of a high end boutique you can sense the passion I how they talk to you. I want to acknowledge Nancy and Sarah both gave AMAZING recommendations off of just asking a few questions love it. THANK YOU NETA!!!

Salem has a small but varied product offerings of quality . It dispenses them in a two sta way. If (I guess he's the 'boss') seems to think you are talking too long with the budtender ,he comes over to check it out- bad vibes city ya bloke! But that isn't the workers fault now is it! Nick, Jr. , and a Brother and supoib Sister that work behind the counter have been 6 Star to deal with and deserve raises!!!.You dont get to see, smell or have some intimacy with what flower you are buying. Their Captain's Cake and Grandaddy Purple are Superb. The place looks like the 'boss' acts, but don't let that stop you. Some of the best product and budtenders in Mass. can be found here. They really need to step up thier game with the cartridges. I've been here twice in the past. always packed. long waits. cartridges are crap. def cut with solvents. Go to G.R. or Ermont. They have solvent free. co2 extraction. people that buy cartridges from here have no clue what they are smoking. this place is way behind.

Staff was friendly, but overly familiar. Deeply urban location, so not convenient for car travelers. Sports a boutique-like atmosphere, which I find disconcerting as a medical user. Also disconcerting is the practice of waving flower aroma in your face for each variety. The whole experience felt like it was more about promoting pot culture than serving people with medical conditions. Selection was also poor in Indica. One visit will be all for me.

For those who prefer a quieter visit we have several solutions: (1) our Express Counter allows patients to fill out an order form, hand it to staff, then have a seat while the order is filled; (2) our "Is There a Line" widget (available online at www.netacare.org) gives current wait-times to help you plan your visit; and (3) our locations tend to be less busy between Monday and Wednesday, making for a quieter atmosphere. We understand that travel to an urban area can be difficult. It is this reason that we employ a full-time parking attendant and full-time police officer to help the flow in and out of our on-site parking lot. Off-site, there are a number of parking garages very close by, on-street parking is usually available, and we are located a short walk from the Green Line Brookline Village stop. In regards to the way we display our flower, the scent of the flower is as important as the look of the bud and the variety of strain. Terpenes contained within the flower may smell wonderful to one patient and unpleasant to another. Scents such as piney, sweet, and citrus have different effects associated with them and we have found that allowing patients a chance to take in the scent can lead to better choices on their part as far as which strains will work best for them. I would move to Brookline if I could find an affordable apartment this dispensary is that good. I mean I can't think of any other dispensary that has as much to offer as NETA does. I have been to every dispensary in the state. this place can get busy so if you suffer from anxiety try and find a time suitable for less of a wait or try there express checkout it's very convient ( if you know what your looking for before coming in ) once again I will be visiting soon and many more times for there TOP NOTCH concentrates.

I have always loved this location, strains have always been great, people super friendly etc, but today I was pretty disappointed. Picked up some of my favorites - GSC and Flo OG - and they are both lacking in taste and smell 😕 Where's the delicious earthiness I've come to expect from Flo? They both work fine, medicinally speaking, but I'm one of those people who really wants to taste the yummy flavors!

absolutely beautiful architecture. tons of employees walking around eager to answer any and all questions I have ever had. Yes, there is usually a long wait for the Full Service (meet with a "budtender", ask all your questions, sample smell the strains you want, ask more questions, and generally have a great experience with the person assisting you). Once you are familiar with the menu, and know what you are going in for.... they offer an "express lane" where you fill out a card with what you want (there is no sampling the smell of the buds, can't really ask a lot of questions, and value is put on speed..... get in, get out, quickly). I HIGHLY recommend the express lane for anyone that KNOWS what they want. Using express, I have never waited more than 30 minutes..... I have easily waited in Full Service line for over 90 minutes before.

NETA Brookline is hands down THE best dispensary on the East Coast. NETA also has a dispensary in Northampton, MA, which I am sure is amazing as well, but since I personally have never been there, I want to speak solely for the Brookline, MA branch. NETA has a great variety of products, from flower to infused lotions that help on many fronts. The prices are spot on and well worth the price for any product you may need. All of the staff is extremely educated about the products, and they are more than helpful in helping you to select the appropriate products for you based on your needs. There usually is a healthy wait for service, but again, it is worth the wait. There are 12 dispensaries in the state, and there are three or four locations closer to me, but the drive and the wait is certainly not stopping me from getting the best medicine I have ever encountered. Always worth the visit to NETA Brookline!
