How can such a cool place be the only dispensary (I believe) to not offer any military discount whatsoever
There ought to be a law! So absurd considering.....🇺🇸

Hi Gameshow420 - We hear you and sincerely thank you for your service. To honor our patients who have served at home and abroad, we offer a Veterans Appreciation Discount on Veterans Day. Veterans may also qualify for our Financial Hardship program which is open to any registered patient with verification that they are a recipient of MassHealth, SSI benefits, or whose income does not exceed 300% of the federal poverty level, adjusted for family size.
We have several additional cost-saving programs to aid patients with the expense of their medicine, including our "Why Wait For Better Health" voucher program that gives patients up to $200 to help defer costs of becoming a patient. Our Refer-A-Friend program credits patients $49 when a referred friend spends at least $1. We also offer sales and specials throughout the year and store-specific sales.
If you would like to know more about any of these topics, we are here to help. We encourage you to stop in and ask to speak with a Patient Service Associate and we will be happy to sit with you and go over any questions you may have. We look forward to serving you.

Every time I come here I am greeted by incredibly friendly workers. I always have great, helpful conversations with other patients as well. Every worker I've been helped by has been so helpful and I do not have enough good things to say about this place. Keep up the good work. The prices are a little steep, but you get what you pay for. Great quality, huge always changing selection. Very friendly and informative staff.

This is my first dispensary so my opinion is a bit one sided BUT this place is epic. My friend tried another in Quincy and I've looked at some menus around me and the quality here was amazing and the menu was flush. My Budtender was awesome and very knowledgeable too. The atmosphere was great, lots of chill people and the vibe in the room was chill even though there were lots of patients. I'll be trying others but this is my go to spot!

This dispensary seemed very professional, everyone who worked there was nice. I got a good deal because some of the discounts they had. Great flower, very fresh, some of the prerolls were a little too tight but not a huge deal.

I love the staff at the Brookline, MA location. They’re so friendly and helpful and they always make the effort to make you feel welcome and appreciated. I’ve gotten to know some of you over the last year or so since you opened and you’re all awesome. I’m your biggest fan. 😘❤️😎
Oh...and the flower and dose bars are great.

Great experience! Better than other places. Location was terrible have to bring another person to drive around while in there but they taught me alot. their indica blueberry pomegranate vape is amazing taste great. The lotion is so helpful and their gummys are great. I have been to other dispensarys with terrible tasting vapes and terrible quality. This is totallllyyy worth the extra money and no parking. Thanks for all your help and knowing i can trust you and your product !!!

This location is absolutely stunning plus it smells amazing!!! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Although, the parking situation could be better. My first time here I was somewhat dissatisfied due to the quarter limit of all flower strains, the upside was I wanted to get some sweet tooth and because they ran out of actual bud and I ended up getting a quarter of shake they took an additional 10 or 15% off the original price of the flower. I also bought the fruit chews and I must say out of all the edibles I've tried these were the absolute worst, some were dry and a bit crusty others were clumped together and the taste was awful I'm not sure what your doing differently with your edibles than everyone else but I would ask because that formula is the reason I have yet to try anymore edible from them. I also bought some indica blend kief, and some Shatter and despite my issues with those awful gummy cubes the flower, Shatter and kief made up for it.....somewhat. I've recently just checked out there menu and they still have those cubes but also have new deals on wax/Shatter so I'll be popping by pretty soon for some concentrates!

I really hate having to go here. After a year of being open this place has only gotten worst... the staff are all visibly burnouts and recommend their personal favorite strains instead of anything helpful (I need strong pain relief and the staff is always trying to sell me sativas) more than once I've had a staff member say they don't like indica so they haven't used the ones on the menu, great that's not what I asked. The prices are a little better than other places, but this place doesn't care about providing medicine at all, the propelyne glycol in the cartridges and poorly trained, visibly high staff prove it. Their Northampton location puts this one to shame, they're so professional there. I can't recommend this place over the other ones near by.

Regarding strains: Cannabis can effect each patient differently, some find pain relief from sativas while others swear by indicas or hybrids. We do our best to convey this to patients so that they may find what works best for them. We are happy to hear you have found what works well for your symptoms.
Regarding the cartridges: the RemPen Slim cartridges do contain PG - an FDA approved excipient found in many inhalers and other medicinal therapies. If you prefer a carrier-free alternative, please note we offer APEX cartridges which are distillate-based, solvent-free vaporizer cartridges that contain re‑introduced terpenes for flavor & effect. We currently offer these in sativa, hybrid and indica varieties with many more selections on the way. Feel free to ask us about them on your next visit.

Beautiful location and two options: wait in line for a budtender who will answer your every question or fill out a form to go the express route. Pretty much everything here is great except the non-APEX cartridges.

This place is amazing - from the building (feels like a temple!) to the service - fantastic. Best staff anywhere. Super knowledgeable and helpful (and patient). Great customer service too. Had problem w a vape battery, they replaced immediately. Never had a bad experience there, even when the line is long!

the new Black Triangle strain is the best Indica flower from any dispensary in the Boston area. It gets up close to ~30% TAC without compromising any of its strictly indica profile. Also, Steven J and his manager Simone are awesome.

I love This place, i wish they were closer or would open a location on cape cod. Always excellent quality and service. I would very much like to see some other strains added to the flower selection, sour diesel please , lemon skunk, etc.

All I can say is WOW! The atmosphere the people the service the quality all WOW! I've been to 3 different dispensaries and this is by far the best one. I've been to NETA Brookline on 4 different occasions and every time I've felt with a different person and the service and knowledge was amazing! The service I received was that of a high end boutique you can sense the passion I how they talk to you. I want to acknowledge Nancy and Sarah both gave AMAZING recommendations off of just asking a few questions love it. THANK YOU NETA!!!

Cool location I like the old bank feel not over crowded. The buds are OK kinda hit or miss I guess. I got 4 different strains maybe 2 were enjoyable. 2 burned clean and 2 didn’t also very weak terps and thc. They show test for 25+ but dosent feel like that when you smoke it. I would come back if they got some new good stains on shelf. Maybe store cannabis in glass instead of plastic bins

As per DPH regulations, all flower is tested by an outside lab with the test results appearing on the label we place on packaging, reflecting the actual breakdown of cannabinoids in the specific batch. Our storage room is humidity controlled and we utilize Boveda humidfying packets in each flower bin which control product moisture in both directions while on the floor. For our purposes, the plastic bins are the best choice and any loss of terpenes is very minimal. That being said, we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchases at NETA and, to that end, we offer a 100% guarantee. If you do not feel the flower you purchased lived up to your expectations, we would be happy to have you bring back the remainder of the flower for exchange or credit.

They really need to step up thier game with the cartridges. I've been here twice in the past. always packed. long waits. cartridges are crap. def cut with solvents. Go to G.R. or Ermont. They have solvent free. co2 extraction. people that buy cartridges from here have no clue what they
are smoking. this place is way behind.

We want to let you know that we are introducing a widget on our website early next week that will show how long the line is at each store! It is updated automatically every 15 minutes or so, and will be a great tool for planning your trip to NETA. While we do have our busy days, there are many times you can find a short wait. Monday - Wednesday are our least busy days and you can occasionally find no wait at all.
Regarding our cartridges - The original RemPen cartridges are indeed made with cannabis concentrate and USP grade Propylene Glycol, which is used as a solvent in most inhalers and is safe for patient use. However, if you are looking for a solvent free option- we have it! Our newest cartridge product - the RemPen APEX - is a distillate-based vaporizer cartridge that contains re‑introduced terpenes for flavor & effect. These are potent, coming in at a class-leading 1000mg TAC, and do not contain any carrier solutions/excipients such as PG, PEG or VG. Of additional note: The DPH sets the standard for testing and every one of our products that we offer have passed their stringent requirements.
