Great quality selection and price range - one of the only places I go in EUG

Every time i go in there is this cool girl with curly hair that has helped me get CBD only edibles for my mom who has trouble sleeping and she has been very informative every time. Suggesting new edibles when the previous wasnt carried anymore.

I originally went in because they had one of my favorite strains (Dosi by the great people at Yerba Buena). I've kept going back because they have great products, knowledgeable and kind staff, a chill vibe, and everything I need as a medical patient.

My favorite shop in southtown. Their shatter selection is ridiculous! It's like a dab library.

This is by far my favorite spot to go to in Eugene. The selection is phenomenal and the service is always friendly. The inside is clean and well painted and the displays are arranged in a way that makes it fun to just go in and look around. They frequently have sales going on and always have something for every price range. Great place that I am happy to go back to anytime!

This is the first dispensary I went to and still to this day its the best! Awesome people and amazing flower ! Love u guys!

Go here for a rad ass time

This is one of my favorite Dispensaries in Eugene. The budtenders are usually pretty knowledgeable and friendly, however, there has been a couple occasions where I felt like there were a few organizational/staffing issues afoot that caused some minor inconveniences to me and made them lose a half a star. But Leafly does not have half stars yet or I can't figure out to do it! Other than that I really like it here and love to come here on Fridays to check out the grab 8ths on da cheap. Go check it out and tell em BugFaceHeady sent ya. :-)

Friendly service, good flowers on sale occasionally but their concentrate selection is really why I come by. Inside is nice and they have lots of edibles as well as glass on display.

What happened to your store and the polite staff? I came back, after being disappointed 3 weeks in a row for a daily special, as early as 11:00 am and the special was out. Yesterday, the rudest kid was representing your company. He said the menu in the lobby didn't mean anything (you stopped updating it) and he talked and talked about big plans for the screen. I don't care about your screen. I want to see what you have on hand, after I've checked Leafly. When this kid waited on me, I asked for the $6 special. He said, too bad, we just ran out. I said, what do you have in its place? He said, "nothing." I then said that this is exactly the "bait and switch" I object to. The advertised specials get me in the store, but you run out before Noon. This kid then said he did not have to put up with my abuse and walked away in the middle of the transaction. This was the worst customer service ever in a dispensary. Heck, even a liquor store is a better visit. I'm an old lady with a limited income who needs meds. Your punk help does nothing to make me recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Ask some people around town about the inconsistencies at Next Level. They will tell you the same. It's not a place if you need medicine.

I'm a regular and they recently messed up an order I made with a few joints. They are very quick and easy to fix any orders that get mixed up. I'll keep coming back, thanks!

Usually a good selection of concentrates and a lot of pre rolls

This place has a ton of awesome flower for a good price. I was also pretty impressed with their dab selection. The budtenders knew the products, were on top of new trends, and had some pretty great short stories haha.

have been shopping for several years, stopped on 7/20 asked for problem free carts, bought two. one worked fine the second would not draw from either of two batteries i have that work with other carts. took back 7/22. no satisfaction was told i need special battery, would have been nice to have been warned when i bought defective cart. beware of what you purchase.
