They got back to me and apologized for the way things went down in the past. I feel very good about our conversation and he assured me that the staff is working on customer service skills. Plus their product is amazing. I'm excited to come back and see how they are doing as well as picking up some bomb herb!

I've always liked this dispensary. Staff is knowledgeable and nice, and bud I've gotten is good quality. Parking lot kind of sucks but they have extra spots in the back.

Visited Next Level Wellness for the first time this past Sunday and was very satisfied with my first stop! Friendly staff, awesome concentrate selection, and good prices. Look forward to stopping in again!

Until the other evening,The Picky Patient Crew had not been to Next Level Wellness, since they moved from their old location down the street. We were so thankful that their new shop is located on the ground floor. The waiting area is out of this world, with so much eye candy that it might hurt your eyes. It was nice to visit with one of the Herbal Connection staff who happened to be working the front desk. So waiting ten minutes felt like 2. We picked up some Eugene Cream Flower and some Purple Hindu Kush shatter. And just like their sister store, the product was very high quality. The Shatter was my favorite, White Label should have won the Dope awards. lol The only issue, these "Picky Patients" had with our experience, was the un trained bud tender who was confused about the laws. We were not allowed to buy a strain we wanted to try because it was in the Rec section. We are confident that the owners will re train their new staff and that way next time, this Picky Patient will have access to all the strains in the shop.

Every time I go in there, I am greeted by a smiling face and a wonderful aroma. I recently turned 21, so I'm new to the dispensary world, and naturally I ask a lot of questions; the product knowledge and friendliness of the staff makes my expierience delightful! I would highly reccomend this dispensary to anyone looking for amazing bud and fantastic customer service!

Next Level Wellness is the clear favorite in the area. I have spoken with a number of different people regarding their favorite shops and Next Level is at the top of everybody's list. High quality, friendly staff, professional location, lots of fun promotions and great hours. I live very close to another dispensary, but always come here because it is worth the longer drive. I would highly recommend Next Level to anyone who doesn't know anything about the local shops.

It's a smaller venue then what students have a seen with cannabis and Eugene OG. what I like about this place is it has enough selection that you don't get overwhelmed also the bud tenders are professional and or well-dressed. When I was in the store I want to get a gram and another lady that was being difficult, ask for a gram and a half and I know most stores don't do that but the store did. I also really like that they take card here '!!' All in all I have to say it was an extremely pleasant experience. Best south Eugene spot.

Prices on oils are KILLER! I haven't found a better deal on dabs than this place! And they are super tasty. The staff are awesome and seem to share in our excitement. Check it out you won't be sorry!

Nicest, most helpful tenders and the calmest atmosphere; never felt rushed but they kept things moving along and asked the right questions to make sure I got what I needed and knew what the alternatives were.

I went in today for the first time today it was a friendly atmosphere and they really helped me decide on what I liked and they were very informative. They saw that it was my birthday and gave me a discount and told me about other discounts. I really enjoyed my visit

PROS: Absolutely superb product. I would argue it's the finest in Eugene I've had so far. Truly DELICIOUS strains. You can tell whoever grew their meds had been doing it for years and years. CONS: Truly rude employees. Don't attempt to start a conversation with them if you're expecting West Coast kindness. It doesn't exist here. It's a very "shut up and take your weed and get out!" type of place. Staff are callous and negligent at best; and rude and antisocial at worst. When my roommate told me how rude their staff were, I didn't believe her. Boy was I wrong. This place would be better placed on the East Coast, where everything is so fast paced and rude. I won't be back. Tasty as their product is, the awful customer service just isn't worth it. Maybe I can find a dispensary that carries the same grower's stuff that isn't filled with apathetic people who you can tell just want to get you out of there so they can check their phones.

Just visited yesterday and picked up some great wax ane flower. friendly staff and good prices, could use a restroom in the lobby for customers though

They have some good quality product here. The prices are also good. Unfortunately, they got a lot of other problems here. They have a nasty habit of keeping all their best strains "medical only." I have never seen this in any of the other dispensaries in town. It quickly makes you feel like a second class customer. If they need to keep some for legitimate medical patients, can't they avoid putting it directly in your view? This isn't a matter of 1-2 strains either. They have something like 8 really strains right now "medical only." Most of it looks better than what is available to recreational. Exacerbating this problem, is that they are slow to update their stick of leafy and the customer service is sub-par. I say that as someone less attached to this than your average American. The final straw for me is when I saw them adding dust to weigh out my gram....come on. The only reason Id pop in is because it is in walking distance. Like I said, they do have good product. But I honestly feel compelled to punish them by taking my business elsewhere.

YES! I would come here if you are looking for concentrates, grab 8ths, or some grade A edibles. Always a friendly face behind the counter a plus too!

Quality product with great prices. The air conditioning and delicious bud aromas makes NLW a prime stop on a hot summer day.

have been here many times.... but after an issue at their sister store were I walked out...I will only come here...I was meet with friendly smiles...they knew what I liked I wasn't crammed into a room with bunch of other strangers...they are extremely accommodating & for the patient....amazing how two stores owned by same folks yet seemed so different... NLW has top shelf concentrate & staff to match... thank u for calming me down & simply just listening... that chem trail cone helpwd... thank u..

Every time I come in, the budtenders are super friendly and knowledgeable. I really love these guys!
