Every time I go in there the bed tenders are always Pleasant to talk to you, great at answering questions, and has the best selection in town!

I got the gastro pop # 19 by Drip Oils + Concentrate that was a waist of money. If you enjoy butane chemical flavor, then go for it. I did not even get head change from one dab. It went straight into the trash and I will never shop here again.

I can not thankyou enuff for the great price on the shake or Shango called it social! I call it spoiled!

Thanks Dylan, gave me information on multiple products, I thought the atmosphere was nice and chill, wasn’t push to hurry so I spent more money than I planner. Can’t complain about prices or products, got a very nice deal worth $365 and walked out at $249. Definitely bringing me back!!!

I live in Prescott but I drive all the way to Prescott Valley to visit Nirvana. They're so much better than the dispensary in Prescott. The atmosphere is more fun, inviting, and comfortable. I never feel rushed even when I'm having a hard time trying to figure the best deals. The staff always helps and knows the best combos to get me stoned for less! Love this place!

UPDATE: #2 Review Perhaps I should be calling ADHS, I have not yet, hopefully Sheraz or Sarah W will handle this appropriately. My husband ordered his $800 edible and bud after discount $560 order yesterday. His entire order was sativa and hybrid but the bud tender who packed his delivery order decided to give him 4 indica pre-rolls which were NOT on his order. instead of sativa pre-rolls that were on his order. Now, my husband's a medical patient, ADHS would NOT aporove of dispensing incorrect medication for a patient? Would they? The proper customer service would have been "we're sorry we don't have it, we could deliver you the 4 sativa prerolls right out to you or credit it you for you next delivery." DONE. My order was correct, Jake said they filled what I ordered. I showed him my pic of my order clearly says Sativa on the case in Red. Not purple Indica case not a green hybrid case, a red Sativa Donny Burger Roll. Pic of his order below. Jake the Manager laughing at both my husband and myself with his crewnies in the background was EXTREMELY unprofessional Sarah A where are you? In closing, what's happening to the customer service here? It's really gone down in the past month or so. #1 review I had an unfavorable customer service experience with 2 of the younger bud tenders taking phone orders, however, Sarah A the Store manager called my husband and I, she corrected the situation and went above and beyond her scope of duties. Thank you. Looking forward to continued business with such a well managed company. PS great guards.

I love this dispo! Great deals that rotate weekly and great products! You get what you pay for here and I preorder so I always get fast service! Friendly employees and always greeted with a smile! As close to perfection as you can get!

I thought curbside pick up would be faster once they designated a parking spot for it, but it has not. Last time I waited 40 minutes, today was 20. I'm thankful for being able to bring my child with me and leave with medicine, but that wait is too long.

I thought I bought something that was buytwo. Get one free. When I open the bag, there is only two in it. Shouldn’t there have been three in it. The flower trim I got today.

I absolutely Love this dispensary! By far the best prices here than I've ever seen anywhere else on my life. They have all the same brands, and edibles that I find in flagstaff az, but here they are literally half off flagstaff prices, THEN they have deals on top of that.. it's amazing here. One down side is I've been smoking more and now my tolerance is higher all because of their low prices.

Not only did they steal from me they still continue to be incompetent to my friends.
