All the pre packed weed is terrible I buy a oz at a time and it gets worse and worse every year. It’s the smallest nugs I’ve ever seen it’s full of stems, and smells like lawn trimming. If you want good bud that’s not gonna break your pocket I recommend going back to your dealer, cause you’re not gonna find it here. The quality control at this dispo is none you could grow better weed in your grandmas garden.

Shout out to Emma….newbie budtender. Emma took my phone order early on her first day. She’s a natural at positive customer interaction. Excellent product knowledge rivaled only by her overall demeanor. When checking in for pickup I recognized her voice and was once again impressed by this young woman….and yes, Emma does remind me of my favorite granddaughter. Good work Nirvana Human Resources ☮️

Little Stevie the manager girl. Lodge a valid complaint, be threatened with blacklisting. Listen, they are the only game in town unless you want to drive to Prescott, so they treat you with arrogance and threats if there is an issue. Thankfully, issues are rare. But I will never forget my encounter with the little girl trying to be a manager of adults. My bet is that this place will severely hurt with competition , and when these products become widely available everywhere , places like this who treat customers poorly will cease to exist along with the careers of the transgressors.

It is the most dysfunctional dispensary I have experienced! Product is abysmal, never high thc unless it for a discontinued herb & dry like sawdust. competition destroys Nirvana with product and highly desired product. Obviously I live very close to Nirvana but am beginning to justify the distance to SWC!!

I have shopped here for years... mainly because options in town are limited..... but after shopping at the dispensary "JARS" how can you guys compete? their budtenders... deals... prices.. it's all top notch. They walk you through everything.... and they do it with a smile. and everything inordered is correct. no mistakes and I leave happy. nirvana is going to have to step it up before you keeps losing business.
