You charge recreational taxes on medicinal purchases. Not coming back after several times on this BS.

I love Nirvana and have never had any issues before. Quality products, great service, happy smiling employees. But…Today I placed a large online order for pickup. I was extremely disappointed, after spending over $200, that I couldn’t get the advertised deal of five free pre rolls when spending $100+. The cashier said it was walk-in’s only yet the deal advertised on Leafly said nothing of the sort. Really bummed.
Love the daily deals. Always have what I want on sale and in stock.

I did an online order today for 9 items and got charged for 10 items.. got charged $20 extra for nothing received I’m a bit disappointed and out $20 Be awesome if can credit a frequent customer that travelled to come in

After being overcharged on tax, received no apology or my refund. Instead, manager Stevie said she didn’t care. Really!? Are you able to do your job as manager or just give poor customer service? Glad I go to Phoenix frequently and don’t have to visit Nirvana. They just take your money, they don’t care.
People who work at this store are very knowledgeable and friendly and I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends
