I was surprised to see a dispensary where the book store went out of business a decade ago, but also thrilled to see NuEra there. Going inside it was a warm and inviting lobby where employees behind the desk greeted me cheerfully, but not annoyingly so. The area behind the door after the desk seemed like a toy store at Christmas. They have everything you could possibly need and as many that you want. The selection of gear, clothing, smell-proof backpacks, not to mention a wide variety of accessories before you even get to the line which moves quickly, even on Black Friday. NuEra really knows how to staff their business efficiently, it’s great to always have access to a specialist before you buy so you can get any freebies or special deals you didn’t see on their app, which accepts payment and product reservation through iheartjane. Of all the dispensaries I’ve been in throughout north central and Chicagoland areas, I think NuEra has the best layout and honestly feel to the place.

First time visiting. Davione was awesome! Friendly and helpful. I even got a free gift! Nice selection. Great prices and deals too. I will definitely be going back.

This week when I stopped in, the shop was out of a strain of flower in the size I was looking for, and the dablicator I was hoping to grab. This was entirely my fault for forgetting to actually order my order. Abel had to be the one to break it to me. His words lingered in the air like a dense vape cloud at one of those vaping contests. I found myself standing there. Momentarily frozen, Like a deer in headlights. A. Deer in headlights with a dumb grin and nodding head trying to hide the raging dumpster fire of panic beginning to rage within. I say ‘momentarily’ because Abel was like a caffeine-fueled squirrel, darting around with Lizzy to find comparable items. His knowledge was impressive, but it was his sunny disposition and toasty vibes that instantly calmed my nerves. The staff here? They're basically the puppy chow of customer service - Awesome.

Quality isn’t bad but it’s not great, if you don’t preorder you will end up spending half an hour waiting for someone to appear from a window from the other side of the wall and half of the time the scanners don’t work so they have to get their manager to bypass every register, hopefully they start working on their time management, the one good thing about my time there was being assisted by Jen and trying her best to speed up the waiting process.

I came in on my birthday and loved it! I was helped by Kristy and she was a gem.
