Quality products and friendly service. Gets very busy at times and waiting in the little lobby can get cramped. Overall great vibes!

Are there any budtenders in MI that know anything? Every place I’ve been in Morenci has budtenders that don’t know the products or the price points. If dispensaries were run like this in Oregon they would be out of business in a week. How do they not have a price list printed and available for customers and budtenders to reference? Don’t get me started on the weird prepackaged flower only. Why not weigh it out in front of the customer like every dispensary I ever saw in CO, CA, OR, or WA? It’s like in MI people decided to try and see how complicated and inefficient they can be. Staff here is never helpful and have no idea what they even have for sale. Really really miss having decent dispensaries. Hope this state gets its stuff together

What a great shop! I have been to plenty but nothing stands out as much as Pinnacle Emporium did! I actually made a purchase and then returned to the lobby just to enjoy a cup of coffee, look around at all the memorabilia and talk with the friendly staff. I will be a repeat customer for sure! I will be recommending Pinnacle Emporium to everyone I know!

loved the atmosphere. didn't feel like a hospital like most in MI. Staff was very friendly and cheerful. Never feel rushed and I feel that they are quite knowledgeable in what they have.

The owners of this place are smart 👍 The Grower Erik has passion for the Flower. I would be so Happy if he can Grow the REAL SKUNK. Haven't had it since the 80's. They have a Great Team. 🙌 Everyone should check them out. They know the MEDS.👍 They treat everyone as a V.I. P🙌

Erik is clearly passionate about this product. Super friendly, didn’t make me feel dumb, imparted tons of knowledge and I appreciate being made to feel so at home and comfortable. Highly recommend. Even if you are a novice you will feel like a genius when you leave!

What a great staff of employees. I met Erik and Abby who could not have been more passionate about their jobs and the industry as a whole. Their expertise made my shopping experience even better! The decor throughout could not have been better, what a great vibe! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Fantastic people, very friendly and the prices were very fair. Next door is more expensive and not as friendly. Wish i would of known about you guys before. Maybe if u could do more or better is advertising is Toledo and northwest ohio and southeast Mich. Idk love the place!!! I will be back

My first visit was perfect! Everyone was welcoming once you walked in. The whole process was fast and professional. The bud attendants were very knowledgeable of the product they carried. Extremely helpful, items I was looking for not in stock, but was given a very reasonable and great alternative to what I was looking for. Plenty of options and great selection, staff is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely visit again soon
