planet 13 would not honor the deal they had posted for June 7th 2020 on their Leafly app website it was 7 grams of true G or virtue G flour for $1 and I understand that this was probably a typo but they should have honored the deal and then change their Leafly ad kind of sad and disappointed that the world's largest marijuana superstore when honor their Leafly ad 😭😭

So, my second time in a dispensary and it was much better than my first experience, I didn't feel pressured or rushed and when we were ready to check-out, we had a bank issue, being from out of town. Dylan W., our budtender, was the most patient and kind person you could imagine! Will 100% revisit and reccomend this great store and customer service.

Do not place an order online for delivery and expect that day. # 1 order was placed on March 28th. Order never delivered, I received a cancellation on Order # 1 exactly 14.5 hours later from delivery time frame. I attempted to place an Order #2 March 29th again the same results driver never showed after 6 hours passed from delivery time frame, I logged in online and saw the order was cancelled this time with no "real time" notifications. Order # 3 was placed on March 30th, Still waiting after 4 hours past my delivery time frame.

this place is great. great deals for locals, free delivery and always they best product.

Since the pandemic started, I have been ordering delivery from them. Great deals! Highly recommend!

im a loyal customer ive been going to the decatur store when it was open, i have spent 10s of thousands of $$$$dollers with yall, $70 for an 1/8 of OGKB 2.0, come on over $80 dollers for an 1/8 and i dont care if they give a 20% discount if your local, there prices are too high to begin with. I love million doller baby but not that much.

Easy to use delivery

Very very very bad customer service. I’m a returning customer of planet 13 and they getting worse every time I go! Literally from product to service. I placed a order numerous times for delivery that I get called to confirm and am told it’s out for delivery and then never show up only for me to call to find out they sold out, then again today I’m told that my order will be there by 6 pm and it’s 8:21 pm with no sign of anyone, I wonder what the excuse will be?

James, our Budtender, was spectacular! Extremely friendly and more educated than any budtender we've ever had. Fantastic store layout and system. Can't say enough ... Planet 13 is our place.

The take-a-number system was a bit confusing but the budtender who rang me up was super nice and knowledgeable - I hadn’t heard of a bunch of the pre-roll strains so the recs I got were much-appreciated.

Sweet. Looks like a fancy mall store/club. Steven helped me and he was the man. Very knowledgeable about the products.

The wait said 28 minutes and they called my number within about 10 minutes. I had cashier James and he was VERY helpful with so much information very great guy!

This place really is great

This place and staff are trash. Put in an order and only took them 14 hours to call and tell me it will be even longer. All they can say was u can cancel your order( i guess less work for them is better) No one has called or even reached out. Please Dont shop here so many good places out there

Amazing atmosphere

Had a great experience. Awesome budtenders, well lit, clean, friendly staff. Fast shuttle to and from casinos!
