We ordered online. The price after taxes and checkout was 124. They called and confirmed our order a few minutes afterwards. We even had to email a verification of our address. Then 4 hours later we get a call and the price has gone up to 199 PLUS TAX! They tried to say they had a glitch in their online system and wouldn’t honor the price anymore. BUYER BEWARE! Seriously never ordered something online only to be told the price magically increased by over 100 dollars in a matter of hours. The customer service at this place has steadily decreased since it opened. To a point where now apparently even the prices on their own website are just used to lure you into buying something so they can then try to pressure you into paying more. We had already gone out and done all our errands and could have easily swung by another place but we had already ordered this and now will have to be inconvenienced again. What a terrible experience. STRONGLY recommend going to one of the numerous other shops that are all within a 5 or 10 minute walk.

BEWARE!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! I did not want to write this review but there lack of customer service really put me over the edge. I spent a fair amount of my money and ended up with product that was old, dry, and had been degraded into a very unpleasant smoke. My purchase was June 30th and the herb was harvested in December last year. I figured since the product was so old and dry that their customer service would have no problem resolving my issue. WRONG! they are unprofessional and tell me I can't talk to a floor manager after asking to speak with one multiple times. The first girl Tiana tells me that they can only give me a $10 discount after spending over $100 dollars on worthless product that I wouldn't let my dog smoke. I asked to speak to her manager and she lies to me by telling me she is the only manager in the store currently. 10 minutes later I get a call from another guy Akiem, he tells me that he can't do anything for me either but I was approved to get $10 towards my next purchase... After claiming that no managers are working, I drive 13 miles down there to talk to a floor manager. Guess what, there are multiple managers working to no suprise. I finally get 2 managers involved Matthew and David. After telling them my situation and that their product is unacceptable for what I paid, they tell me there is nothing they can do for me and once the product is sold, its sold. David then proceeds to tell me if I had a problem with the product, I have to complain to the manufacturer of the product because it's the manufacturers fault. This makes zero sense. If I'm buying a product and it's been degrading and drying up for months, that should be advertised or transparent. I work hard for my money and I expect my product to be grown this year considering we are 7 months in. I could have went to any other dispensary to spend my money and get fresh herb but I chose this company. You can spend your money here but this was my last purchase. I'm disappointed in the way they handled this issue and I hope who ever is reading this can avoid a similar situation.

Third time in a row with horrible experiences here. This place is 100% concerned with money- Not customer service, not common courtesy, not the resolution of issues. Their ordering system is a joke, as is customer service training, and a website that lacks functionality and any sort of user-friendly presence. Placed an order yesterday at 2pm. Selected a delivery window from 7pm-10pm. I received a text at 7:43 that the order was confirmed. Customer service reached out to verify the order at 9:40pm. The CSR literally told me the order was on the way and was about to end the call- when I asked if this order would be late also (An order I placed 2 weeks ago for a delivery window of 9pm -midnight arrived at 2:32am), and she simply laughed and said yes, everything will be late. PLANET 13 DELIVERY OFFERED A WINDOW OF 7PM-10PM- I CALLED AND CANCELLED THIS ORDER AFTER WAITING UNTIL 2:30AM AND I WAS STILL CONTACTED BY SOMEONE AT 5:30AM TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS JUST NOW LEAVING No contact, no updated text message, no courtesy call. No options discussed on the phone. Why doesn't the delivery portal just tell the truth.... order whatever, and it'll get there whenever, and we don't really care as long as we're making money. I feel for this location and staff. Even before covid hit, every visit I've had to Planet13 has been ruined due to a lack of training, communication and planning. My experiences have consisted of -employees not being aware of local promotions -delivery fees bouncing from $75 to $125 to $100 in less than a week -a delivery system that offers a window of delivery time that is completely inaccurate -a lack of general concern for any issues And the excuse I'm offered is "sorry, we're the worlds biggest dispo" Yes- you are... so you should have your stuff together, and should probably care a little more about the local business you're driving away with each bad experience. I'll wait out quarantine to get back to supporting smaller dispos that haven't forgotten the basics of service.

On Saturday, June 6, I made a trip to Planet 13 as a returning medical patient. I also had a friend with me - it was his birthday so we wanted to pick up a lot of stuff to celebrate. I was called up to the desk to check in with an older African American lady. I gave her my Driver license and told her I was a medical patient. I showed her my medical card on my phone. Disclaimer: the state of Arizona does not issue a physical card. You have to log in to the AZDHS portal to access your card. This lady couldn’t give two shits. She was yelling at me telling me that I have to print my card out or send it to their verification department or some crazy ass nonsense. We left, without making a purchase. We proceeded to go to Releaf down the street where we were greeted with open arms. They accepted my medical card with no problem and saved me a lot of money. Moral of the story, avoid this shit hole that employs rude staff and go down the street to Releaf! Releaf has great products, specials and friendly staff!

I went to Medizin a month after recreational use became legal here in NV last year. I have sInce transitioned as a Medical patient after having experienced a profound sense of well being and relief, that my prescribed medications from various doctors can no longer provide for quite some time. Needles to say, I have transitioned into becoming a medical patient since the beginning of this year. I'm not sure how to write about my mixed feelings with Medizin, but I'll try by listing all of my a notable experiences. 1. First visit was just a crazy experience! I was excited, scared, and overwhelmed all at the same time! I remember Mama J's sincere smile behind the check-in glass window right when I walked in. A polite security guard guided me to wait by the showroom's door, and then greeted by my budtender when my ticket number was called. I was impressed by the sophisticated layout and lighting of the showroom. Not what I expected at all. The music and dimmed lights reminded me of lounges from hotels in the Las Vegas strip. The vibe was cool, the transaction went smoothly and I was happy with my first ever legal purchase of super lemon haze and ogkb 2.0 eight bags. However, now I know I could have had a better first time experience. The friendly lady behind the counter and beautiful showroom are just instruments to get you into buying right away so you can make room for the next customer. I understand that it was a busy time, but if my budtender suggested that they have pre-rolls available, disposable vape pens, edibles, etc, could have saved me money and time for both of us. Again,I didn't know all of that information then. It would have been nice if my budtender showed some first-time buyer empathy instead of counting minutes on how fast one can close a sale to serve the next. 2. My third visit was when I had just learned about vaping. I didn't really learn anything with my visit, but I remember how foul the smell was coming out of the budtenders mouth each time he spoke. I knew this guy just finished smoking(I don't mind) by how dry his mouth was, hence the foul smell. I purchased the wax and rokin vape pen that was recommended and this time, I was the one in a hurry to leave. I was satisfied with the rokin vape pen and an inhouse shatter product that was recommended at the time. 3. Fourth visit, same budtender from my third visit. He was nice and friendly, and I didn't ask any question at all after mentioning "oh, you helped me the last time I was here". He did not remember me and I was alright with it since I didn't smell anything bad coming from this gentleman at that time. 4. Evening January 2018 I just recently became a med patient and had been visiting often(about 2-3 times a month since 08/17 and became familiar with a couple budtenders during the day) I happened to visit at a later hour and was helped by a budtender working that shift, to cut the story short. After I had just stood in front of the top shelf section of the flowers to look at my options, my budtender told me about the deals that they have at the time and recommended a flower. I then responded politely of course, even if I know the deals already and how it works. "I just need a second" I said, and no more than a few a seconds after politely asking for some time, this guy asked me with a pissed of tone while standing next to me "You need to help me out here!" I turned and look at this disrespectful kid with a look of disappointed. I couldn't iterate my feelings at that time but I was not happy. To help myself be in a better situation I needed to get out of there so I just agreed to what this kid recommended just to get out of there. Note that I am now a medically recommended customer at the time and had just stopped taking prescribed medications not too long ago. I use cannabis as my medicine and this budtender treated me like I'm some punk stoner kid.. Well, whatever he recommended was not effective and in result my withdrawals symptoms from my previous medication was just too strong to handle. It resulted in such a bad weekend for me and my family sadly, and I can't help but feel bad about it. So I had called the night after and asked to speak to a manager. The Manager listened to me and let me spoke politely, but the end result that I get from this phone conversation was "what is it you need really?" I was again gravely disappointed by this question and took it as I want something free, or asking for a discount as a payment for that bad service. I said "I want nothing but for your business to assure that nobody else gets treated like I did." Apologies and some sort of fake assurance was said again and promised. That was it. This experience really made me think about not coming here again. These list might be the things I didn't like, but that doesn't mean my other visits were not helpful. I learned a lot just by talking to a couple of really great budtenders like Chad and Trevor. This place is great for first-time and recreational users for cool vibes. Med patients could be a hit or miss.

I hate to leave a 1 star review since I have had many good experiences with Planet 13 but my last experience was a joke. I placed an order at 10am and it is now 1am and I am told I have to wait another couple of hours that is a delivery time of 3am, I understand that due to the place having to go to delivery only is a major change but to wait over 15 hours for an order is unacceptable. When I called in I am told it’s ok we are only a couple hours behind on your delivery instead of being apologetic I just keep getting the runaround. The management or whoever is in charge of delivery needs to be trained or replaced your multimillion dollar facility is useless if you can’t complete a simple delivery within a day it should not take till the next day to get a delivery. I was told they only have 2 delivery vehicles for a city of millions hire more delivery drivers do something because this is a joke.

DO NOT GO to this shit dispensary selling bleached out fuckin weed unless you want your car towed from their shit business! Watch for those tiny non Existent signage signs and cones... and the shit security and their horrible attitudes... I work at a dispensary in Fairbanks Alaska and this place is a FUCKING JOKE!!!!!! Over priced trash! If I could give it ZERO stars I WOULD! - oh and also- don’t Come with a Washington state enhanced drivers license because they’ll tell you that that shit ain’t valid fucking idiots!!!! So I had my husband go in and waited an hour!!!Corporal Walton is a joke with a gun if he didn’t have the gun I would have whooped his skinny ass!!! When I talked to the tow truck driver Corporal shit bag made it sound like he tried to stop my husband from parking but no one ever said you can’t park there no one called the car over the intercom nothing COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I should be reimbursed for the tow!!! When I spent almost $200 dollars for overpriced weed!!!! $255.50 for the tow could have spent that on weed now your getting a scathing review!!!!

Roxy and Taylor there's no words I can begin to describe I came in sick and you guys took care of me (everyone Connor) but Roxy I remember had me sit and really made sure I was ok. It's not the first time. Rod Sarah Roxy Connor (Manny, Lucas now days)Brittany Taylor LaVeda Amy nick (all the guys) and so much more (like the security) (I'm bad with names so let's say all of graveyard for atleast 4months straight and the shift of people who maybe switched shifts all incuded for the last 4 - 5 months) have been exquisite. I'm recovering and I thank you with a heavy heart filled with gratitude and love! I can't thank you enough for the meds for love the friendship (or just amazing customer service) you guys are FAITH IN HUMANITY RESTORED. ROXY you really are very divine so deep compared to what you allow people to see and I mean deep with love and compassion and a really strong mind and heart I thank you. Also on Sept 21 that morning made my day. I have a little video of all of us hugging. You guys are the best! FAITH IN HUMANITY RESTORED IF ONLY EVERYONE COULD BE MORE LIKE YOU GUYS! I didn't come today but this has been in my heart for some time but a review like this that has this meaning to me takes me time to write because I need a chance to collect how I feel and so yes it took me over a week or a few (and I still have been in) but that's because you guys deserved a real review not just how excited i am over the great deal service and products but also the depths of why. Thank you Ps. The people who I talk to on the phone (sometime Kai) and the lovey friends who deliver again you guys are amazing I have so much I can say but for now this is good I just hope everyone got the recognition deserved since I probably forgot some people but really this shows that this many people is that many interactions so this is you guys being amazing as a whole and individually.

this is the third time this happened 5 min before i need to pickup the order they cancel it wait 2 hour ask to talk with someone they keep hang-up the phone i go there they told me there is noting to do abut this bad customer service i need to wait in line waited 2 hour and then they don't tell the trues online they offer the 14G of Polaris head cheese 120$ but the lady on the counter ask me for almost 300$ needed to show her online the price so she can adjust it double check the price thay are not reliable can do don't buy from here don't waste your time

I placed an order Sunday night and received it Monday early evening. Everything was super smooth. The online ordering was simple to use and it was easy to find the deals that applied to me. Once my order was placed, I got notification that my order was being confirmed and I got a text around midnight telling me that my order was being processed. Monday morning I get a call from an employee and he confirmed my order and asked if I had any questions. Then in the early evening my order was at my door. The delivery driver was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I’m extremely pleased with Planet 13, considering the other dispensaries around me are either too full everyday for a delivery or they are price gouging the customers. If this pandemic lasts longer than my supply, I will for sure be seeing these guys again.

Just from personal experience, placing delivery orders all the time, I have NEVER had any issues receiving my product. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and they carry premium products and buds. Imo.
