I’ve been here several times. Quality products, great value, excellent service… Today was a completely different experience. I understand it’s the Friday before Christmas, but between my order the crappy service I got on the phone. Seriously, dude just let it be known he was in a crap mode. I get there and the budtender Lexington immediately went into nasty snide tone because I wasn’t happy with the crappy off brand 22% Sativa because my 30% Wise Guy wasn’t in stock, but they said my order was complete. I drive 30min from Laveen for this. She gets more attitude and yes, I finally couldn’t stand the unprofessionalism any more. I called back later and the stoner gate keeper gave me shit for trying to ask for a manager… dispos are a dime a dozen, esp for AZ mids. Thank you and goodbye

I gave you guys a five star review because I like your store and you have good products however I’ve been working to try and get my $10 off for the last month and a half and now all of a sudden my points are gone and they were never redeemed. It’s only $10 so it’s not the end of the world but I think it really sucks because I was hoping to save $10 today.

Ponderosa has the best staff. They really make me feel like Im more than another customer to sling lame product too. They are knowledge and professional. Ponderosa has fire 🔥 deli flower and concentrate. The prices and people keep me coming back.

Trash and scummy you’ll go in for a specific deal and item that’s listed on their menu and when you get there they’ll lie to your face and tell you they are out of stock for the item you were originally going in for just to try and have you buy something they’re trying to remove from their shelf went the next day placed an online order and surprise they had the item in stock that I was going for originally crazy right! Wouldn’t recommend this trash shop + who hosts a party in the weekend you couldn’t do it on a weekday when it’s not busy.

The greeter that was working in the morning was not very hospitable, no thanks for coming in, no welcome, not even a hi or hello. Lundyn, I hope that I spelled it right, was fantastic. He greeted me, said hello and improved upon the initial nonwelcoming; which is literally just feet away from the front counter checkin.

The bud was good. I had enough points to get to free so that was a plus. And the budtender was awesome.

Staff friendly and quick

I had an exceptionally good visit the other night. Whoever made my order did a great job in hand-selecting my baby jeeters. They can be small sometimes but this time they were all perfect. I don’t know the girl that helped me at the express window because it’s normally a different girl, but this girl was extremely nice and the guy that was working alongside her went out of his way to make sure that I got all my freebies even though he was working with another customer. I feel like I had extremely good customer service and I just wanted to stop by and say thanks. Finally feel appreciated by a dispensary. Thank you, and you’ll be seeing me twice a week. 🤠🫶🙏

This store sold me one gram Drip+Oils Cold Cure Rosin Batter zoap that made my throat and face break out into hives. The amount of chemicals that are in this product are not safe to consume and I would recommend anyone to steer clear from this product at all cost.

I had been a regular customer for their logo brown bag flower deals. So I ordered a brown bag BOGO today, which was fully displayed on their page through the Leafly site. I received my confirmation email and that my order was ready for pickup and that my expect a total was the bogo deal. Well when I got to the dispensary after driving through holiday traffic, I was informed that just for today they're going to take away the deal. How come I didn't receive any sort of notification that my order had changed and that I was no longer receiving that deal? They didn't even try an attempt to make it right with me in any way shape or form. I'm done. You lost a customer. Definitely need to work on your customer service.

Here’s a thought, if you put the wrong price on leafly, either call the customer and let them know, or honor your advertised price rather than just trying to charge the person 10x what they were quoted and then just shrugging your shoulders

Definitely one of the nicer dispensaries. Good deals and they usually have good strains in stock. Need canamo rosin again though! Deli style flower is nice. I place online orders I’m in and out in 5 minutes

Lex was our budtender. We've had her many times and she is always very nice helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
