My usual dispensary stopped delivering to my area so making the trip into Ann Arbor I decided to try somewhere new. Online Skymint looked interesting, lots of different products than I was used to seeing. My budtender Durk was so helpful and knew his stuff. I will be back and would highly recommend to anyone. Customer service was amazing!

This was my first time visiting a dispensary, and it was an amazing. Sophia helped me figure everything out, from flowers to edibles. She was so patient. She even taught me how to use a lighter... Oy, that was embarrassing. But, the whole experience was great! Gorgeous products, and very pleasant atmosphere.

My wife and I visited for the first time on our vacation to Michigan last week. We were very impressed by how professional everything was. We were helped by a lady named Ryan and she was very patient, explained every question we asked and helped us on great deal packages. We will absolutely be back soon. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE/RETENTION by the Ann Arbor manager today....
I was texted this TARGETED text offer for purchases that I had made in June (in other words they were aware of my purchase history, hence the offer). I did not have the receipt like the offer said in the text, so I made a phone call to the store. I informed the store that I did not have the receipt and asked if they could look up my purchase via My Rewards membership and my ID. I asked if those would be enough to utilize this coupon. I was told that was most likely the case and to come on in.
So I drove 10 miles to go there during my lunch break, down industrial with all the construction, based on this phone call. When I arrived the manager met me at the purchase counter, I informed him of the phone call I had, who I talked to, and what was the scenario.
The manager absolutely refused to look up my information or to honor the coupon, and said I had to have the printed receipt, and that someone should have told me when I made the purchase.
I informed him that no one told me anything about the receipt offer at either time of purchase, and that you are blaming the customer for something that one of your staff did not do (during a period in which they were busy during a sale). Lunch hour lost, gas lost, all a waste.
He was absolutely adamant and not budging. He had zero desire to work with the customer or have any type of customer with retention whatsoever. While as a customer the manager viewed me as expendable, he fails to see that Skymint is but one fish in a sea of many in the Washtenaw market. His service just has, and will continue to dissolve your market share, even as miniscule as he may view it.
I had been referring every user that I know there.
I've spent a lot of money here and I doubt that's going to continue to be the case based on this absolutely poor customer service.
It would be one thing if when I called they said no we just cannot honor that without the printed receipt. It was something completely different telling me that more than likely they could, and to come on In. THEN after I made the trip, to do absolutely nothing to help me based on their phone call. I'm livid, and will be telling others of my experience here for sure. Not that they care.

Went to check out Skymint today, expecting an hour+ wait since that’s been the usual for all my recreational purchases since Dec 1. Could have been a fluke, but there was no wait! It was a glorious glimpse at what will become regular in the future in Michigan. Beautiful store. Friendly staff. Very cool open floor plan with a lot of other cool merchandise too. Bought 4 different pre-pack eighths of flower. Look forward to stopping in again soon!

I’m a first time customer and I bought two half gram maxx pods and only received one in the package. I’ve never seen that before. Contacted them and they didn’t feel the need to contact me back. Plenty of other great dispensaries in Ann Arbor! Quality of the one pod I got was very good though..

I’m from Cleveland Ohio and I drove up to their store. I was greeted from the time I walked into the store. Check- In was a breeze. When I entered the back I was greeted by another staff member who offered they help immediately. Luckily I research what I want before I get there. At check out another employee greeted me and made a suggestion since they did have what I wanted. Ice cream cake is absolutely perfect!! I would definitely recommend to those who smoke heavy!! Overall I had a great experience And will definitely return.

Only the second dispensary I’ve visited in Ann Arbor. I liked the smooth check-in process, the service inside and the selection. As new user, I didn’t feel rushed or ignored. I like that the effects of the strains are listed when shopping and online. I also appreciated the second visit discount they had. I have not tried their online ordering system yet but that looks like a nice option in the future.
