They stole my money!!!! FRAUD DO NOT SHOP HERE. I was a customer at the Ann arbor location on September 3rd at 1:30 p.m. I purchased two edibles and one pre-roll. They charged my card $32.50 and told me it was denied and I needed to slide my card again. I slid it again and it went through they told me the other $30 would be on my card in three business days, it never came back on. I called this morning and the employee (assistant manager) told me that I was never a customer there, he said my name nor phone number was in the system. I told him I needed to speak to Sarah the manager, he said that he already contacted her and she said she does not recall me or the situation and I was never there he then hung up on me. They are a SCAM

I’m a first time customer and I bought two half gram maxx pods and only received one in the package. I’ve never seen that before. Contacted them and they didn’t feel the need to contact me back. Plenty of other great dispensaries in Ann Arbor! Quality of the one pod I got was very good though..

Opening at 10 I called at 10:01am, I was told order will be completed within 2 hours of placing the order or 45 minutes after receiving the confirmation text from the online order. Which was great because we traveled 4 hours! Received first text at 11:19am that it is being prepared. Called at arrival to dispensary at 11:57am. Employee told me approximately 20 minute wait to finish the order and I should wait for the text to confirm it was done. (Expected around 12:17pm). It’s currently 3:30pm, still haven’t received a message.... after 5 1/2 hours. We drove 4 hours for this 😫
I’m from Cleveland Ohio and I drove up to their store. I was greeted from the time I walked into the store. Check- In was a breeze. When I entered the back I was greeted by another staff member who offered they help immediately. Luckily I research what I want before I get there. At check out another employee greeted me and made a suggestion since they did have what I wanted. Ice cream cake is absolutely perfect!! I would definitely recommend to those who smoke heavy!! Overall I had a great experience And will definitely return.
Over priced and ignorant on the phone. Zero responsibility for their website and online orders. Called in for clarity and met with a shoulder shrug dismissive mentality. Unfortunately Michigan is riddled with establishments that care only if you have a medical card... otherwise you're nothing but a cash cow. Come in get your wallet milked and get out.

Only the second dispensary I’ve visited in Ann Arbor. I liked the smooth check-in process, the service inside and the selection. As new user, I didn’t feel rushed or ignored. I like that the effects of the strains are listed when shopping and online. I also appreciated the second visit discount they had. I have not tried their online ordering system yet but that looks like a nice option in the future.
