March 25 2025 time 5:30 pm my bad experience started I place on line order at noon that day got notification telling me order is ready so I go up there few hours later. And I walk in show my id to security guard who didn't even care to check it to then I continue to show it to the person at the desk I hand them my id hands me a number tells me to go stand over there which at the time she staring at the seat so I'm okay .few more customers come in after me she doesn't say anything to them there white but as soon as a Mexican matching her skin color walks in she asks him if he has online he responds yes she says to him go on through and me and four other customers all had on line orders she told us to stand to the side so we would t be served I spoke up and ask why did that customer go before the rest of us she said he's on line we all are on line I responded back she said leave she refused service when I asked about the situation the guard who is black didn't do or say anything so if u want to deal with racist ignorant people and have horrible experience okay place and when I asked for a manager I was refused..when I called no one pick up the phone .that place is most expensive in Illinois there are other locations like Moline and that offer better prices and fresher products then the racist discrimination dispensary of Fulton Illinois I would not recommend this place to any one but BBB to report them I prayer they get ride of the racist lady till then I will recommend every where else boycott it everyone needs to know they are not all racist there a few bad apples there that are ruining the image

I’ve been going for several years but the customer service quality has dipped and I won’t go back again.
My last visit, the bud tender opened my jar and said oh sorry … my adhd brain lol. I couldn’t exchange or return it. Opening a sealed jar just seems wrong to me.
My most recent visit, they would not honor the price that was in the app… I showed it to the “manager” and he just said it was wrong. They also wouldn’t let me use the measly $10 birthday discount. It was 8 days after my birthday —- and later I saw in the app that the discount was good until the day I was actually there.
I left without buying anything. Extremely disappointed in the service — I have always loved the experience there.
I won’t go back. I don’t spend much but darn it, I am a patient/customer!! The lack of customer service did not meet your mission statement that’s for sure. I expressed my disappointment and yet nothing. Crickets.

My last visit to The Dispensary in Fulton was as always a great experience! The facility always looks clean and I did not have to wait long to see a bud-tender. They took their time to find what would work for me and for the best price you could offer! I recommend your facility to anyone that partakes! Thank you for the great service!!

Get The Triple P Products Please And Let Us All In This Area Puff Puff Pass That Sh*t😶🌫️ Get The 1 Gram And 2 Gram Products And They Will Sell Themselves🤘 Great Crews With A Big Variety But There Are Still Way More Mind Blowing Products That Can Be Found. The Stoners Would Love Some Heavier Hitting Products And I Know Fulton Can Get That Accomplished!!

I've used this Dispensary for about the last 5 1/2 years or so. Every time I go in the people are always cheerful and polite. Today I had the chance to visit a competing dispensary. Ladies and gentlemen, I have never been so disappointed in the quality of the people and service. I have become so used to the tremendous service here I kind of took it for granted. The people ALWAYS know their products, they are ALWAYS friendly and happy to see you, and they are ALWAYS professional in all their dealings. If you're tired of being treated like a number, or just a sale, this IS THE PLACE TO COME TO!!!! If you're in the area THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!

Everyone I came in contact with was totally helpful and polite. Made my trip very pleasant. I live half an hour away and it's kind of a hassle to drive that far (I'm 79), but the people there made me feel welcomed and respected (I'm also a vet).

go ahead and remove this one too but your employees were in the wrong. I did nothing to deserve being kicked except the fact that yes I was a bit annoyed by the fact that was the third time I have been sent back to be told to go to the other room again. that is why I said what I said. I did not raise my voice I wasn't even rude. that was you guys in my perspective. I'm a med patient I have physical problems. i was in a lot of pain that day. I'm sorry if you thought I was whatever you thought but I was just a customer trying to get in and out. that's all. I didn't need a hippa speech. I just wanted to conduct our business and go. I will never return so don't worry. this is also the very last time you will ever hear from me. I will however tell everybody I know what you did to me. cheers.

One of the most incompetent dispensaries I've been to. The medical and recreational departments need to learn their laws. Also maybe get employees that actually take care of the customers instead of on their phones all the time

I didn’t like the red head girl behind the counter. I think her name was Liz. She is so
Rude and acts like she doesn’t need the job. I ask her what products were on sale and she had a attitude about it because I couldn’t remember what I seen on the screen while waiting in the lobby. It’s like my third altercation with her and until they hire some staff that understands that the customer is the reason she has a job then I won’t be returning.
