Very unhappy with the service, prices are too high, and you can’t see anything before you purchase. Online orders have to wait in line, and staff can be rude for no reason. Whoever runs this place should spend more time reviewing order and customer service processes and then establish some level of consistency. The geographic location is the only upside to shopping at this spot but the surrounding competitors offer better service, better prices and better products.

I love the staff as they are always helpful and very personable. The quality and cost of the cannabis never seems to disappoint me. I also love how they have a Rewards Program where you can get special discounts and free things.

If you don't want to work in retail go elsewhere. Employees look like they work in a coal mine, or worse. Waiting 7 days last yr for Gold to go on $ale for my birthday. I mentioned it to the girl. expressionless, could give a shit, never said HB or mention I get free product. Curaleaf, or Mint get my biz now

I was the first time visitors today and not only was the service wonderful and speedy they gave me exactly what I wanted and recommended some amazing concentrates that I thoroughly enjoyed as soon as I got home, The staff there were kind, and knowledgeable and more than willing to help I look forward to making this my regular location for all my cannabis needs, If you’ve never been you definitely need to experience giving tree dispensary! Looking forward to my next visit and experiencing their fantastic deals honestly the best bang for your buck.

I’m a daily medical user so I’m very particular about flower quality here in AZ. Giving Tree (their flower) has the best I’ve found so far in this state and more comparable to flower I’ve gotten in California. Dispensary is a bit far for me, but worth it. They also carry other popular brands too if desired, but after trying their flower I don’t really desire grow sciences or alien labs/connected stuff anymore. Decent prices for medical as well. Friendly staff too when asking for recommendations!
My last 2 visits here have been really nice. My option of GT hadn’t been positive after my first two visits. But that was the previous location and that was before rec. Recently, I’ve had two very pleasant and informative visits here. It’s a little bit confusing initially with where to check in, pick up, or just where to go in general. But once you get past that the retail floor is pleasant. Jamie was super helpful and nice last time. And today the nice lady at the pickup counter was really nice and helpful as well.

I have been a long time GT patient. I started purchasing my products at their first location and eventually became a regular, making sure to rep them every chance I got because their professionalism, customer service and energy of their store truly set them apart from the rest. I sadly can no longer state they are the “best” dispensary out there. I had collected thousands of rewards points over the years, saving them up so I could one day use them for a large batch of my favorite flower there, Deathstar. Since entering their new location I have been told there systems have changed and my points would take time to access them. I provided my contact information to one of the the managers and was told I would be called. I never was. That was months ago. I totally understand they are busy and changing managing systems can be difficult. So, giving the full benefit of the doubt, I went back and tried speaking with another manager. She was dismissive and defensive when I spoke with her. Said she didn’t have time to try accessing my information at the time because “as [I] could see, [theyre] really busy now. They are now ALWAYS busy due to recreational users. I let her know I understood but was also disappointed since I had already been promised to be called. She said she couldn’t do anything for me now, provided her name and again promised to contact me. It has been over a week and I have still not been contacted. This is tremendously disappointing. Clearly now they have changed their serving model, opened to recreational users and changed their teams, they no longer really value their patients. I no longer even feel like a patient but now feel like a customer. Once you’ve paid, you’re no longer of value. The illusion of their prime customer service is just that and sadly, this will prevent at least this MMJ patient from returning. Fool me once, ya know. My previous review from years past, I now retract. If you are a recreational user that wants decent product and an ok price, sure this could work for you. In and out, not really a quickie but you’ll get your rocks off. I personally have higher standards. We are no longer kindred.

I came from fairly far away to pick up buy one get one Orion pods as leafly had indicated they are BOGO. Well the leafly system didn’t state you had to buy a full and half gram. I added two half grams and it gave me the $45 discount on one of them for an online order. After arriving at the store I was informed leafly was incorrect and they would not honor the deal.
My other experiences with this store are great, especially as I enjoy the Kindred caps, and other high quality items. I just am very turned off with this situation.
Sadly today will be my last day visiting the giving tree. I had a horrible experience. It went smooth up until I went to check out, at that point it all went South. I had purchased a large order that was already pre-bagged and the person at the register asked if I wanted her to verify what was in the bag. As I was spending nearly $300 I did. She gave me an attitude and after verifying the first bag asked again if I wanted her to verify the second. At this point I had a line of people behind me saying that they wish they were my friend and they could go home with me. I didn’t feel safe leaving dispensary and had it been nighttime I would’ve walked out and not purchased what I went for. I had her recount the bag as I originally asked and I will not go back again. It’s sad the giving tree used to be one of my favorite dispensaries but since we have gone recreational I’ve stopped going to dispensaries very often. The service has really gone downhill and the giving tree is no exemption to the statement. It was a sad day for me
My first experience at this facility was very professional and plesent. I am made an online order through Leafly that wasn't completed due to it being my first visit. The staff were completely cooperative and quickly helped get me signed in and set up for all future visits. There customer service and selections were outstanding.

They are friendly and efficient. The pre orders are really fast. The quality of their flower products is superior to the other dispensaries I have used.
