The Herbal Connection

Good product, newer sales people kind of rude, the y lost my last purchase because the guy would not help me on the phone told me I had to order on line very short with me

I like this place cause of the people that work inside and some of the product is ok too. Nothing really bad to say that I dislike, cause it's very close to home and again I like atmosphere.

Good product at good prices

Ordering through leafly made it really easy for pick up.

I have only been in a few local shops. I love the customer service and l knowledge staff at THC. They take time to help you select what will help you most and are kind and respectful. Great atmosphere and great products at great prices. It has become our go to shop for our natural medical needs.

Awesome as usual

Really enjoyed most the experiences I’ve had here but today put a sour taste in my mouth(literally and figuratively).Bought a cartridge here yesterday, hit it a total of maybe 5 times and each hit makes you gag and taste like the inside of a dumpster. Wouldn’t do anything for me but give me a tiny discount on a new cartridge wouldn’t replace my old one even though it taste worse than any reclaim dab I’ve taken or resin bowl I ever smoked. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. Would not recommended getting any cartridges from them seeing as they could care less how the product is or effects customers obviously. Glad to know they appreciate repert business and customers cuz I’ll be looking else where for awhile now. Thanks herbal connection for the cartridge of hot dumpster oil!!!

Love everything about the place:)( Always greeted with a smile, and always leave with a smile!!!:::)))

Has a wide variety of products!! Tanner did an amazing job with recommending strains. He has excellent customer service!! Thanks

Great products. Not the cheapest. But, you get what you pay for

Good location

Stopped in on 710 to pick up my oils... It's always wonderful to come into a shop and deal with amazing budtenders, had the pleasure to deal with Amanda that was very knowledgeable about any product I was curious about trying. Thanks you for the help... You made this my go to shop.

First time at a facility like this....I'm impressed.

My leafly order was ready when I arrived, no waiting in any line. It was fantastic!

Great Dispensary! Superb selection of concentrates and the most knowledgeable and friendly budtenders around. My thanks especially to Athena, Matt, and Harry.

My favorite dispensary in Eugene!

Nice shop & the bud tenders are even better! Stopped in last night and a gentleman with tatoos and gauges helped me. He was very knowledgeable and not only helped me with the product I stopped in for, but also introduced me to a couple new things that I am loving Definitely coming back to learn more from him and get some more awesome deals

This is my absolute go-to dispensary. I LOVE how knowledgeable the budBenders are and they are always so friendly.

fucking AWESOME

The shop is very chill, friendly nice people! I have a friend with pain issues, and we talked to Kat about cbd's. She explained it to us, on the metabolic level, and how they work, as she is a bio chemist. We also found out that cbd's can come from other sources than just hemp, for people with the "thc" stigma. I left feeling a much better understanding of how they work well, and how its best achieved, she knew her inventory thoroughly!!!! TY Kat!!!

Great service and prices!

LOVE this place! The staff is FABULOUS! They're all so knowledgeable & friendly!! This is my FAVE weed store!! LOVE THESE FOLKS!

By far my favorite shop.
