This is by far my favorite dispensary in Eugene. Everyone is super knowledgeable and always able to find me exactly what I'm looking for. I recently got a delivery order and Reda was so awesome. Super fast! And I live in an area with crappy internet so the card reader was taking forever and he was so patient even walking around with me to try to find a better connection and then finally it worked! Couldn't have been nicer!!! Never had a bad experience!

I put in a pick up order on Leafly, as I checked out my total was $10 more than it should have been. I realized after I got home, that the extra $10 was because I did not receive the Shatter Day discount on the shatter I purchased on Shatterday! Seriously, bud tenders should pay better attention, maybe that's why I don't tip. The service has gotten very very bad lately.

Anthony is a great budtender! Was helpful and friendly! This is are go to dispo when we go to Eugene. Right across the street from the WLE manufacturing site so they have a wide variety of WLE products at an affordable price. I love the wide variety of all products in the store. Some of my favorite strains are common finds here.

This is my go to dispensary! They have affordable prices and a wide range of products. However the staff is the part that stands out the most, Patrick was our bud-tender he is nice and doesn’t make you feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when the club gets packed.

Can't beat them for selection and price

I have been a customer for over 3 years. Needless to say I love this dispscery, white label, and all the farmers I do not know. I am also a medical user with only my disability to support myself, no complaint just facts. Last Friday I had an anxiety attack and melt down while I was at the store trying to figure out how my normal med's where costing so much more then normal. We are talking hundreds of dollars. Note that I left store and thought when I got home maybe my medical cost was not included or something so I went back to store obviously nervous and starting to cry. I believe it was Harold I am so bad with names because my anxiety has been triggered. Not by him by the situation I have myself in. He dropped everything and figured out it was that I had chosen 2 stains that were not on the Friday sale. This was not my intention. He involved a supervisor and again bad with names, but she had long pretty dyed hair, with her help allowed me to exchange what I bought in error and order from correct sale list. No one in the store made me feel out of place as I am crying my eyes out trying to figure out what happened. These two employees stayed calm which helped me when I was in obvious distress. I am grateful to have a place that is welcoming and helpful to their patients. Thank you both for not making me feel more embarrassed then I felt and for being so understanding. You have a customer for life and I will tell everyone I can of my experience with your company. Elizabeth Winter

I tried out the delivery service for the first time today and it was really great! Leafly was easy to navigate and finding the products I wanted was super easy. After I placed my order, I waited about an hour before Patrick arrived. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for saving me time and from having to leave my house!

Local, free delivery, always great product... What's not to love about our favorite dispensary? Today Reda brought our order with a smile, and every driver has been a delight!

Faith was amazing in how she handled my situation with the lack of a product available. Instead they found a smaller about instead of the larger containers which helped a lot.

Love the delivery service! Bonnibel is always consistent and a joy to see at my doorstep. One suggestion I have is to post the THC % on the Benson Arbor mixed packs, that would be very helpful. So happy you brought pre-roll day back to twice a week! Love this shop!

I have shopped here numerous times and I can say that I’m officially done going here , on multiple occasion my online order has been wrong, have been charged the wrong price, spoken to rudely and given dehumanizing treatment my example of this is being ignored whenever entering the store when they can see me walk in, helping other customers when I arrived first and this has happened almost 90% of the time I go here and just again happened tonight, i don’t know if this place is racist or what their deal is but they’re not welcoming and the whole men’s staff that works there is extremely rude
