I order delivery from here often, and everytime I do the service is excellent. Always delivered within an hour or so and the staff are very nice. Extra commendation for Reda who is usually the one delivering, super chill and always on top of the order. Never disappointed.

I've been shopping here since early 2024, and I rarely go anywhere else. As someone with chronic pain who finds it hard to walk somedays the delivery is a god send. They are always super kind + patient with me as well. Genuinely the best dispensary I've ever been to! They have a customer for life from day one with me <3

Dee is the best budtender in this galaxy!

Any and all budtenders at Herbal are knowledgeable and passionate about their jobs! I always enjoy popping in for something specific or letting the tender choose my stone.

Always a great experience every time I come in and love that I can use my card

Lots of variety, good prices, good sales people!

Tried to use their delivery service put in an order at 6:00pm was told the wait was an hour, got a confirmation text that my delivery was out at 8:25 received a call from the delivery driver at 8:45 saying they weren’t going to complete the delivery.

Very helpful and just a great experience

I have used Herbal Connections for 5+ yrs. They are THE BEST in town for customer service. I trust their WLE brand because it's made next door. I love herbal connections delivery service because I'm disabled!! Really great staff, if they don't know, they find out. SHOUT OUT to Kara who started as my delivery driver & is now MANAGER! I am allergic to CBD so they're helpful with that. I use it in place of pain meds. HIGHly recommend!! ;) sale days are awesome!!

I’ve always had positive experiences with Herbal Connection, and this one was no different. Read was an awesome budtender and delivered nice meaty nugs! “Kush the Magic Dragon” smells spectacular, and the Grapezilla can be smelled as far north as Portland
