FANTASTIC. I loved The Joint; each budtender who helped my spouse and I were super patient, listened to everything we told them, gave us excellent recommendations as well! It wasn’t the cheapest experience I’ve had, but certainly got our money’s worth for excellent quality! All-in-all, this places is aces in my book!

Used to go out of my way to hit up the joint. They haven’t had a dabs deal under $20 in months. As such I’ve been going to Diego Pellicer or red eye releaf for $12.50-$15 dabs OTD.

This dispo is so petty, I literally had a crack 2 centimeters and they wouldn’t serve me. Doesn’t change the fact I am 25 and can legally consume. I thought someone who that kind of business would be chill. Smh

Tgis use to be a great place with great customer swrvice. However, not anymore! I admit, about avary 6 months or so i vhange membership to another place and enjoy the incentive deal that comes along with signing at a new dispensary. But today a short unfriendly woman at the joint told me that since i had been a member there before that i didnt get the deal for signing my plants over. THATS JUST FOUL! I REALLY HOPE THAT THE HALF OZ FOR A DOLLAR SHE REFUSED ME WAS WORTH THE MONEY I WILL NO LONGER BE SPENDING AT THAT ESTABLISHMENT. I am big on customer service and today i recieved the worst in a year. I mean, tbey are called incentives for a reason.. either to get you to sign somewhere or to return somewhere. But i guess she didnt want me to return. Maybe my plants dont matter.. but there are lots of dispensaries in Denver that will be happy to show customer service . What a shame.. So, BUYER BEWARE! THE JOINT HAS LOST SOME OF WHAT MADE THEM GREAT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EARNED THEM THIS REVIEW! SHAME SHAME

Hi RockieMountianLife, unfortunately we do have a limit 1 on the signover offer to avoid having med patients sign in and out of the dispensary just for the signover offer. Per MED regulations we are forced to kill off plants when customers signover to another dispensary so we always want to encourage our members to stay loyal to us. I hope you can understand why we have the policy and we do appreciate your business.

I have visted The Joint twice before after hearing from a lot of my friends that this was the place to go. The two times I came before I wasn't impressed on the service that I had been given. I decided to give it one more try last week and the woman helping me, Beth, made my experince better than all the others. She was patient and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel like I was waisting her time. She recommended the Bio chem hybrid, and I loved it. Definitely will be back soon!

The bud is always top notch, even the popcorn. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can usually find parking easy on the side streets and if there's a line it clears quickly.

We LOVE this place. Been going since they opened and even though prices and some things have changed it's still by far the best dispensary hands down. Their strains are phenomenal and the bud tenders are all very good at what they do and they are always extremely nice and happy to help you. Not to mention we just walked out with a free shirt on Easter after redeeming my husbands ten points. Time and time again this dispensary has hit it out of the park.

Budtender was clearly irate about something and was rude as heck. Homegirl really grabbed the bud out of the jar with one gloved hand and cracked it in half over the scale... wth. Then proceeded to grab the other half with her ungloved hand and actually put it back in their inventory jar. 😭😭. I tried to justify why she would have had such a stank approach to a first time customer. It was a Sunday at 8:20am. Maybe she was upset about having to work at that time? Maybe because I was only stopping in to grab a gram (I had never tried this dispensary)? Entire interaction consisted of less than 10 word between the two of us. Rated #1 on Leafly though? LOL. I Have had way nicer interactions with most illegal dealers. Gross attitude. Gross practice. Another wack Denver experience to add to the ever growing list. Oh. And the bud was alright but definitely not nearly memorable enough for me to ever want to go back. Lol. 👎

This was my favorite shop for the past couple of years...they always had a great selection of flower...and fabulous coupons to keep costs down..especially for the locals...that is until recently..Something changed...I was no longer able to "upgrade" my coupons...coupons started being on select strains and selections are dismal. The one day there wasn't even barely an oz. of any sativa strains...and that was at 9:30 in the morning...on a Thursday. I have spoke to the staff...and they are super nice and super helpful...and I got the impression the owners don't listen to the feedback coming form the staff. I specifically told them I don't like trashing any business on social media...and I was told that is the only way the owners will listen...So there it is...what was once a great shop...with great prices, and a fabulous staff is rapidly going downhill...and all over a few bucks...I have been shopping another store the past few weeks, and my weekly $120 plus tip is going elsewhere...Peace

We have added some select strains deals to be able to bring back some of the best deals like $99/oz OTD, but also want to provide the largest selection to all of our valued guests (over 50 strains). As you might amagine, when you are offering that many strains and some of the highest quality flower, the pricing can not all be rock bottom. We have heard the feedback for more lower priced flower and have recently added several more strains. I had a great budtender! Got right in and got to look at all their assortment of products! Ended up getting some prerolls for the daily special and some female sexual enhance spray! The joint has good joints! But they do have more chemicals in their flower which I wasn't too enthused about. I'd go again for sure

Good bud but they have really been slacking on updating menus. Is it that hard to keep a menu that's correct ? Everytime I go there and have something in mind that I see on the menu, they dont have it. That's so annoying.
