I like this spot because the people know what they're talking about and it doesn't feel like pressure sales. Erinn was really helpful when it came to my options regarding the many conditions that I deal with. I only go here and only will.

Budtender are always very kind and welcoming. Super knowledgeable about all of their 50+ strains. I always get exactly what I am looking for when I come in. Erin, Kaylee, Caleb, Liam, Caroline, Yaz, Kaitlyn, and Allycia are a absolutely phenomenal crew!

This was my first time visiting tonight, I came in little too late looking for an eighth of Blue Dream. Upon asking if they had any strains crossed with BD instead, bud-tender Nick delivered and then some. He showed me all the strains that were either the result of a cross with BD, and strains with similar affects, while going into detail about their terpenes. I’m confident Nick would have had the answers to any of my weed questions. Expecting to only walk out with an Eighth, their awesome prices allowed me to walk out with three. Each of great quality! And a free T-Shirt! Thank you for the great experience, customer service, & product🔥

Terrible customer service. I was served by a rude lady named Angela with the worst customer service I’ve ever had. She then told me that she didn’t have to serve me, and so i agreed and when i asked for her name she refused to give it to me, but I read it in enough time before she covered it. She then stormed to the back and the manager on duty came to serve me by the name of Alisha. When I told her my complaint her only recommendation was that if I come in and see Angela again to go to a different dispensary. I was very shocked that this was coming from the manager on duty !!! This was very sad seeing that I come in and spend my money in Floyd’s at least 3 to 4 times a week. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Being a first time customer, I will say I like the variety they have here. I can't afford the best of strains, so I like that they have bottom & mid shelf nugs. I checked their menu 3 times before my online order, XJ-13 was there, then it was gone, then it was back. I ordered it and when I got there, they canceled it off my order but it's still on their menu. I wouldn't suggest doing an online order because not everything is labeled as shake as it should be. But I will say, you will get what you pay for in price, and that I like. Just update your menu more please or just shop in store for those reading. :)

Good service, nice and respectful bud tender. But, upon checking my receipt after leaving, I was overcharged $5. And of course I was then charged tax on the overcharge. I should have checked the receipt before I left the store. It was a relatively small purchase, so didn't think to check. Not worth driving back for $5.

I get that the yellow label quality is less than the others, and I've been buying the $5 1/8ths for quite a while, but the last 1/2 oz I bought has 18 seeds in the first 3 buds I pulled out. Very sad customer 😫
