It is not curbside if you have to go inside. I am handicapped and made an order for curbside - I didn’t realize it was impossible! If it is not curbside then make a note that you will go inside. I didn’t have my walker with me and I had to come in and wait then stand at the back room counter there was no chairs I am very upset at this place I was lied to and told my order was ready I don’t want to talk to a bud tender I just want to make my order and leave

I put in an order a day before and when I went in I was asked to wait in my car while walk in customers got seated and sent to the back before.

It’s ok. The tall white guy needs to remember to have patients with others. That’s his job. People are picking up. They will be in a rude way. He needs to handle those better. It’s his image for his job.

Thank you staff for suiting up and showing up. They are staying open by maintaining CDCs recommendations. 6 feet apart while waiting is for my protection and yours. Please be respectful of yourself and your family by maintaining at least 6 feet distance while waiting patiently in line. I also don't let folks pet my dog at this time. Yes she is a friendly therapy pup but right now she is working. I will not steal your place in line. If coughing please do it into an appropriate recepticle.

Here are the main problems with TRULIEVE ORLANDO: 1. The manger. 2. They advertise 15+ strains but try to order one they are all sold out except for one or two at any given time. Over half the strains have never been available in my location ever. 3. The phone call hold times are over 1hour every day. 4. The refuse to provide lab results over the phone, and tell you only a manager can call the location to get the lab results for the batch in stock 5. The don't staff managers to be able to call the location for you to get batch numbers 6. They give you multiple different batches in one order, for ex I got 2x Hash plant 1/8 and one was 14% and one was 20%. I kept one and returned the other since the 14 was straight garbage hemp taste 7. They have no waiting list, so everything is black friday and you can't get anything good ever if you work a job. Only the people that can stay there in store during business hours like 10am can get any access to new deliveries. 8. Every time I am there to get something good they advertised, they are out of stock, yet every employee in the building told me they got some and I don't know one patient that got any of that batch. 9. The absolute best strains ever made at trulieve are only on par with street level cannabis here. Nothing I would consider medical grade. It's almost identical to Vegas recreational flower not like CO or CA medical or organic flower. The growers don't care about the product, or they are underfunded, or they don't know what they are doing. Here are the good things: 1. The atmosphere is friendly depending on who is working. Sometimes it's not. 2. Atmosphere seems safe, although not very clean and never seen them disinfecting the chairs or counters in the waiting room one time in all my visits over 3 years so I always wash my hands after leaving that place. 3. Trulieve pushes the market. They have new innovative products other dispensaries do not have If you are looking for cannoisseur flower or medical grade service this is NOT the place for you. If you like black friday sales where you have to fight to get anything and you are still disappointed, then this is the perfect place for you!

AVOID at all cost!! Have been going to the Clearwater pharmacy since they opened. Have to say they have changed DRASTICALLY for the worse! Spent OVER an hour this morning on two (2) different phones (cell & home) also sent them two (2) different chats and no one answered. Have screen shots of both chats that timed out after 40 minutes and pictures of both cell & home number that show 45 minutes on home number and 40 minutes on cell phone. I also sent them three (3) chat messages on Facebook. This proves that Trulieve has changed for the worse! THEY NO LONGER CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!! They are just like all big corporations and could care less about helping us but rather lining their pockets with money! I will NOT be going back to this pharmacy again. Feel VERY disrespected!!

A mad house. This place is special. On my visit there were, that I counted during just the 1 hour and 30 minutes I waited to pickup my online express order, 5 unique typical(apparently) events took place. One patient that waited almost 2 hours for his order was given the wrong product, he noticed right before leaving. When he told the employees the situation they made him wait another full hour just to be able to get the right product. Another 3 clients got very mad because they were already waiting for more than 1 hour and their orders were lost. They left very mad, one of them I don’t know what happened but the employee started crying and had to leave her work spot. Then this, an employee that was not working that day came to pickup her “express “ online order, her coworker told her that her order was not even received yet and that she needed to wait one hour and a half. Oh GOD!! The actual employee went into a rant stating “This is why people hate us, we f*** suc*, I have wasted my whole day for this!!! We need to get our shi* together! After that another client was upset and police was called. This place is very weird and always full of problems. Well it’s my turn to pickup my “express “ order after waiting 80 minutes, cool! When I go to the employee he can’t find my order..... after 15 min looking, he comes with the wrong order. After he finally finds the order, they do not want to honor a discount they were running tht day(the only reason I went there), the employee says that product is not inlcuded. The manager comes, I explain the situation and he just says “ it’s not inlcuded” and turned his back on me and left even after I showed them the text I received today about there special Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place!!! Thera is MUV, GROWHEALTHY and others that are SUPERIOR. See below the text message I received from Trulieve with their offer, still they wanted to exclude some products when the offer clearly says “”ALL PURCHASES”. “Happy 4:20 Valentine Trulievers! #TruLuv continues tomorrow in Stuart, FL as we open location #45. Check out trulieve.com for the address & more. Don't forget to treat yourself today with our 25% OFF all purchases today at ALL locations. Drive safe. Reply stop to cancel.”

So, this place is usually really busy, which is the only think I can complain about, but that's not a service nor a staff issue. It's a super popular location. This is the first dispensary I've ever gone to, and I continue to go. I'm incredibly anxious and people make it worse, but everyone is so kind, understanding, and accommodating without being overbearing or making you feel like you're broken or anything, haha. They're respectful, and kind hearted. Products are great, too. I'm in love with their flower.

Trulieve on OBT & Lee is the real MVP! They really had my back today, even with everything going on and with them being SLAMMED. They truly have earned my business for life. Huge shout out to Ally, Joey, Richie and Rachel for the best customer service I have ever received! They deserve a raise, a promotion and tons of love! Keep up the good work, Trulieve!

This was my first time at any dispensary so I don't have much to compare too. But the products seem to be high quality and the staff was amazingly helpful and supportive, especially AJ. Thank you!

This Trulieve location is rough on the outside but has excellent product and helpful staff. The staff at this Trulieve are always so helpful and today was no different. Wade R. helped me with my purchase. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the product. And more importantly, he was fast and efficient, making for a quick and all around delightful trip. Thanks again Wade, I really appreciated your help.

The atmosphere in the waiting room is crowded, lots of people use this location. Flower is always sold out. Staff is friendly and courteous. I understand that shortages occur, but it sure is inconvenient when you drive from afar to get there.

This is my local go to location. The service here is great and the selection is pretty good, no one ever has everything you want in stock. I like that I can shop online and then go pick it up. I love the Crumble and TruClear Syringe!
