Spent 1 hr. Driving, over 1hr. Waiting only to find you can only purchase 1/4 of flower per type per day. 1st off you guys need better pre planning on rotation and quantiles grown to meet ur demand versus having to put in guest strains that are mid to low quality. Next thing you know you push harvesting to soon. Most of the flowers need at least another 2 weeks grow time compared to ur current harvesting standards. Next issue : does weight and measures check and verify ur scales? Weigh out at home had all 1/4's different weight and all of the reserve 420 cartridges have a different level of product when compared ? Last: ur preorder process simply sucks. People who come into purchase without preorder are much longer to serve. These preorders should be done in a separate area not at the same place same time. Things really seem to be trending downwards. The Force is not strong!

We're sorry you were upset about the limit on each OG. We had this listed on Leafly so it wouldn't be a surprise to people. We were limiting it to a 1/4 per OG per day and there were about 8 great OGs on the shelf that day so that limit didn't really bother many people. We're sorry it upset you but we needed to do that so we didn't get wiped out on day 1.
And please be patient with us as far as the Express Ordering system goes. This is new to us and we are learning as we go and working out any kinks. Many people use the express ordering system and like it. Sorry it's not for you.
If there are any issues with your weight or questions with products, please contact us and speak to a manager. If you're a loyal patient of ours, you should know we are always open to talk and try to make things better. Our scales are calibrated by the state and we're audited on them so the weight of each bag shouldn't vary by much. But again, any issues, please contact a manager. And the shatter cartridges will never all look the same. They are all filled to 300mg and will visually all appear slightly different because the oil absorbs into the wick with time.

The best place for OG Kush in the valley imo. Their Pure Kush reminded me of some Og from SoCal. Keep the Kushes comin guys. Love it.

This was my first trip to TruMed, and it was highly anticipated. Needless to say, they did not disappoint. First off the premises is functional, immaculate, and tastefully designed giving a relaxed vibe. The staff was great as well! I was helped rather quickly and eagerly, and shown nearly all the beautiful flower. Finally the product, which is what I Tru-ly came for, was TOP NOTCH!! I purchased some GSC that was far better than any GSC I have had. It was more beautiful and pungent, and offered a much "cleaner" medicated feeling than any other GSC I have tried. Also, as a first time customer I received a free gram! I bestowed this great honor onto the Hitman OG. This OG strain smells like heaven and is gorgeous. And as recommended by the staff, made a perfect nightcap. Thank you TruMed for going above my already high expectations! And thank you for growing these beautiful plants to their full medical potential. I, and you're many loyal customers that know good medication appreciate it. I can't wait to make the long drive again!

Clean OGs, closest thing to a caretaker in a shop. BUT the caretaker charges 250 for same quality, and has real sativas/better variety. Trumed Ogs are nice by Az standards, but realize they are competing with caretakers who have TINY PLANT COUNTS, and many are still undercutting Trumed immensely. Trumed has zero grow limit and zero legal obstacles, and still charges AAAA+++ prices for AA+ meds? Please customers, read this again: Trumed can grow as much as they want, anywhere they want to grow it, and is charging "supply shortage" prices on bulk. Why do Azians accept it?
