This was my first time at tru med. The experience was so lovely. The decor is super pleasing to the eye and the staff was friendly and personable. Oh yeah... It's dog friendly! Love this place :) I will be back!

I have been here several times the staff is great. Prices are high and now all their limits on how much you can buy, I chose to take my money and go elsewhere. When I look at the menu and it's says grams only or 1/4 per person per day it is discouraging and I will not make daily trips there. Meds are good but no better than other dispensary I have been to. Shame on trumed to limit a person's medications when did they become doctors.

So I have left a review before but out of pure free will here is a complete 100% honest review. ok I have been to dann near every place in the valley an NO one comes close to the quality or the consistency trumed offers. From concentrates to flower it's ALWAYS top shelf and no BS.
I've loved the quality of the products I get from here. Plus, the customer service has alway been great. It doesn't matter how busy it is, I always get the same customer service. Even if I have to wait, it's never very long. This place is bright and clean with a great atmosphere. I will always go back. I've bought edibles, flower, pretty rolls, and concentrates. No issues with any of the products.
Amazing place
I forgot the name of the person who helped me but he was awesome, very helpful. The suggestions he gave were great for my conditions, back pain and ptsd. The quality of the flower was great, I have nothing to compare for the concentrates I got. The atmosphere of the store was great, everyone was happy and upbeat and the store looked great

I have been going here formalist a year now and I don't even look at any other menus or even bother visiting anywhere else cause I know I will be disappointed where ever I go after being a customer of tru med. the product and service is on another level than any other place and won't find as good of product or service at other dispensaries. I love tru med and will keep my loyalty to them always.
TruMed came highly recommended, and I was not disappointed! I understand why many consider them the best in AZ. Great flower/solid service and very worth the drive.
