Tru Med is where TRU connoisseurs go for the best meds, service, education, and True Dispensary Agents. I've made my rounds at the other places, and their products are mostly "brand X" quality. Tru med's concentrates are absetively, posilutely, splendiferous!!!! Canatonic shatter will blow your hair back, and their GDP sets the standard. Many imitate, but most fall short. Did I mention their GS Cookies genetics will change your life and religious beliefs #BAY11 #PHANTOMCOOKIES ALL veteran patients get automatic "Member Pricing" on premium flower and 10% off on edibles.... Although I have spent many years in chronic pain, I am new to the world of medicinal marijuana. My first introduction to a dispensary was amazing and Luke went above and beyond to educate me about the various options that were available and what products would be most suitable for my ailments. The facility itself if awesome and all of the staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful. This was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

Private Reserve was not good. Waste of $50. The biggest bud had a seed pod on it from a huge seed. Couldn't see it because it was on the opaque side of the bag. Hitman was good. Selection was slim. Overall unsatisfying.

I've been to other dispensaries in the Phoenix area which have all been awesome. I couldn't really think of any way they could improve, until I went to TruMed. This place is by far the best in Arizona that I've tried (and better than many in Washington too!). Top notch product, amazing customer service. Every time I leave, it's with a smile on my face, not just because of the awesome herb but because of the genuine compassion of the staff. So glad I started shopping here. :)

I used to think Tru Med was the very best in town, but lately things have changed. I'm seeing more and more "guest strains" and they rarely have shatter and wax anymore. They keep reassuring me that things will change, but it's been almost 2 months now. The guest strains have been "ok", but when you are paying top dollar, you should be getting top shelf product. Labeling concentrates as "guest strain" doesn't excuse Tru Med from standing behind the product. Me- "the guest strain of shatter wasn't as good as I'm used to" Tru Med- " well, it's a guest strain, so we can't verify the quality." If you sell it at your dispensary, you have to stand behind it. Come on, Tru Med.....you're better than this.

Great professionalism, and atmosphere. The budtenders are very knowledgeable. Stopped in today with a friend for his first ever purchase and he was blown away by the experience.
